Holiday rentals with a sauna in Piantini

Jorge and his team were really communicative the place it is really centric and the view from the social area was amazing, the only thing I can add having an extra elevator key would have been handy but the policies were really clear about it.

¡Wonderful apartments in a good area! They have the soul of the host, the whole interior is beautifully decorated. In the kitchen there is everything you need to prepare food. An apartment with a soul! The host explained everything clearly. Easy access to the apartments and nice people working in the building. There is a very convenient covered parking lot.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The place is clean, and has great amenities like rooftop pool, gym, terrace track with amazing views. The building seems new and beautifully designed.

Check-in was quick and easy, with detailed instructions from the host. The apartment was ideal for a long stay and had everything I needed, washer and drier, a good bathroom and kitchen and even a small pool on the roof and a basic gym . Other positive features were strong wifi and a keypad to enter the apartment which was convenient. The air conditioning units in the bedroom and living room worked perfectly. The building itself is modern and located in a good neighbourhood with security outside and in the lobby. Close to the boardwalk, supermarkets and local parks. I would highly reccommend staying here, especially if visiting Santo Domingo for a week or longer!

The Apartamento carries everything one needs for a good vacation in Santo Domingo, very close to the Colonial Zone, it has Garage and also carries a washing machine and dryer for clothes and even all the rooms carry air conditioning. The building also has an elevator in case you carry a lot of suitcase

Beautiful and dignified place. Make you feel like if you are belong the 1% of the population $$$, Carlos was amazing and responsive 100% of the time. Fully equipped kitchen and loundry/dryer comble was a blessing to us. Close to stores. shopping centers, restaurants and entertainment venues

Had some issues opening the door the code would not work but Diana was alert and even before I contacted her she provided an alternative set of keys and it was resolved this is my second time and I highly recommend it the place very Accessible even though the traffic in the area it’s a bit congested at time I still would come back next time I’m in the area
