Holiday rentals with a patio in Piana Calzata

It was a super pleasant stay. The place is very nice, renovated, clean and very spacious. The host was helpful and responsive. It was a very positive experience!

Marina's apartment is exactly as in the photos. Communication was fast and easy and the apartment is easy to find. The view from the balcony is breathtaking and perfect to enjoy your morning coffee or evening glass of wine. Restaurants and cafes are very close by. Easy walk to the boardwalk for a run and enjoy a stroll in the sun. We absolutely loved our stay and would highly recommend the stay

We loved staying at Isabella’s place. We could see the sea from the large balcony and, although the inside area is small, it has all you need. We were made very welcome and shown round the area by Marco who also collected us from the station. We were given great recommendations about restaurants, the local festival and places to visit. We enjoyed the local bottle of wine left for us. Questions were always answered straight away. Portocello and the attached villages are unspoilt. This isn’t a big tourist centre. There is easy access to Palermo and Cefalu by train. Thank you for a great few days.

We had a great time. 🌞 This place is quiet, clean and has a beautiful terrace overlooking the mountain and the sea. I would recommend this apartment for anyone looking for a quiet place to relax. Gaetano was very responsive and helpful, his many recommendations were much appreciated and allowed us to discover the surroundings. 😁

Apartment in a great shape, spacy and walkable. Host is nice and very helpful. At the appartment there is all the equipment you may need and fair kitchen to make a good use of it. This part of town isn't a fairyest, but that's Palermo - I guess you know where you're goin' :). People in the area and on the block are very nice, there are several local shops arround, it's safe to park your rented scooter on the street and there's a 24/7 gas station near by. 10min to the center, 20min to the coast. Nice view, the flat got it's ways sometimes, but we found it nice and enjoyed a long stay!

We had a very nice stay in Luigi’s apartment in central Palermo. We stayed for a full month with our baby and enjoyed both the apartment and the location of the place.

A delightful, warm , helpful and friendly host. The property was a good size, tidy and well decorated. The location was perfect as you could walk to the beach , restaurant and amenities in no time . Thank you so much for a wonderful stay.

The experience at Gianluca's villa was simply unforgettable. The pool, perfectly cared for, is the real heart of the house: spending the days on the bathtub with a splendid view of the sea has been restorative. The view is breathtaking, with the sea stretching over the horizon, offering incredible shows especially at sunset. At night, the starry sky was the icing on the cake. The lack of light pollution made it possible to admire once celestial times punctuated by stars, creating a magical and romantic atmosphere. In short, this villa is perfect for those looking for an elegant and relaxing retreat, where the sea, nature and peace meet in perfect balance. I can't wait to go back!

We enjoyed our stay while visiting Palermo, Trapani, Erice and Borgetto. Giuseppe’s recommendations for seeing the area was very helpful. The bed was comfortable and it was nice having a washer and dryer.

The moment we arrived we were welcomed by Gaetano and Maria Francesca who couldn’t be more gracious and attentive during our stay. We were greeted with a lovely basket of fruit and snacks and our accommodations exceeded our expectations. The furnishings and artwork by Francesca were so beautiful! Our hosts were a phone call away and were available any time for recommendations in the vicinity. We hope to come back again one day soon! Ciao❤️🇮🇹

Great host, highly recommended! We had a super early flight but Alessandro was kind enough to do an early check in. I recommend renting a car to get around this part of Carini. The villa was just like described, ideal for big family trips.

We recommend highly Salvatore’s apartment for getaway vacation. It was raining during our stay so we didn’t walk to the local restaurants -Salvatore took us to large grocery store for supplies.We took taxi and Uber to get Palermo even though we had an auto. Salvatore greeted us ( waited for us because we got caught in a rain storm coming from the Valley of the Temples) He showed us the apartment and guided us on our plan to explore the area-This apartment is a great base to explore Palermo and the area this side of Sicily. We wished had more time in this area.Salvatore was a very respectable and responsive host.

Cozy appartement surrounded by a beautiful garden. Really nice outdoor kitchen, well equipped and clean. Perfect space for a couple or family of three. Roberto and Antonio were super friendly and helpful. Definite recommendation!

We were greeted by Tiziana who, with great kindness and affability, showed us the apartment and gave us many very useful directions. The place was really clean, tidy, and with everything. We highly recommend this accommodation, which is located in a not central area, but strategic to visit the local beauty.

We had a great week. Cozy apartment with wonderful terrace facing the sea and nice communal pool. Had very good contact with the host Nicola gave a lot of tips and is responsive. Apartment is secluded. There are no cars, just some livestock that makes the place harmonious. Cefalu is at a 30 min walk distance or 10 min by car. We parked in the large parking lot by the sea. Affordable and always location once we were there. Morning swim and then a good cup of coffee is recommended when Cefalu is waking up. Highly recommended!

Very nice place to stay, incredible hospitality, within walking distance of a beautiful beach (not crowded). Perfect place to discover Palermo and its surroundings.

The apartment is quite large, I got a bit lost at first! Large and airy with everything we needed. We enjoyed breakfasting on the terrace. It could be a bit noisy at times but was often quite peaceful. An easy walk to the old town and plenty of amenities nearby ie bakery and supermarket as well as many places to eat. Roberto was a great host always responding to our queries promptly. Would definitely recommend.

This is a very nicely renovated and roomy apt. on two floors. Particularly the bathroom was very nicely done. There is an AC on each floor. We did not need it so we can't say how well they work but they looked brand new. Also, there was a really nice balcony where we drank our coffee every morning. The internet was great. There is also a desk so you could do workation or work on your next book here :) The only things to note are that this is in an old building so there are stairs to climb. Also Villafrati is a busy village so there is street noise in the morning, also the main church is nearby and they use the bells to tell you the time starting at 7 in the morning. We can recommend the nice pastry shop on Via Chiarastella, which is a 3-minute walk from the apartment. We enjoyed staying there and will definitely come back.

Massimiliano takes very good care of the apartment. It was clean, had a comfy bed, and was situated near lots of restaurants. He was very kind to deal with and was quick to respond. If we go back to Palermo we would stay there again!

I loved everything about Domenico's beautiful place - he is a great host - very helpful and responsive. I liked the interior design - it's modern and elegant. The place is in a convenient location, it's easy to get to the city center by train or bus. It's very close to the Teatro di Verdura venue and Stadio Renzo Barbera. Monte Pellegrino nature reserve is a 10 min walk away. There's plenty of restaurants, cafes and stores nearby. I definitely recommend Domenico's place!

The apartment matches the photos. Very functional and convenient for a stay in the capital. Communication was excellent, Marina is very responsive and it's greatly appreciated. The space was clean and the two terraces, especially the one above is a small gem. The neighborhood is quiet and close to several shops so convenient! I highly recommend.
