Phuong went above and beyond to ensure that we had a great stay as a family. His place is very peaceful and perfect for a family. Our kids loved swimming in the ocean and the pool. The beach is very quiet and private (not at all like the tourist beaches in Danong). Would come again! Thank you Phuong for everything you did for our family.

This is a great place for 4 adults to stay in each room. It is a middle-class residential area in Vietnam, so it is good for a quiet stay, and there is a luxurious coffee shop across the street from the accommodation, and the price is very cheap because it is a local price, and it tastes good ~ I had a comfortable stay ~

ngocs place was fantastic. great location and the villa was more then spacious for our group of 6. the villa was kept very clean and staff were onsite everyday to clean and tidy up. ngoc was a delight to deal with, always responsive and was always there to help make our stay as comfortable as possible. the place isnt brand spanking new but is well looked after. like others have mentioned there is a distinct fish smell outside of the house throughout the day but expected as it is near the fishing area of da nang. once inside ypu cannot smell anything even on the rooftop by the pool. for the price you pay and what you get it beats any of the resorts and hotels down the other end of the strip. would definitely come back and stay here again. thank you to ngoc and her team for making our stay very memorable.

The house was very comfortable. It has 6 rooms with queen beds and 1 room with 2 queen beds, making a total of 7 rooms that can accomodte up to 16 people. There’s a swimming pool, and each floor has a bathroom, except for the room with 2 queen beds. The pool was clean, and the water was refreshingly cool since it’s located outdoors. I came with my parents, who use walking sticks and have limited mobility. The first room requires climbing four steps—there’s no room on the ground floor—but overall, my parents were able to manage. The bathroom on the second floor has a bathtub, which my kids really enjoyed. An iron and ironing board were provided, along with towels. The kitchen was well-equipped with all the utensils including spoons, forks, chopping board, refrigerator, electric stove, cups, water jug, pots, electric kettle, and oven. The house has a sauna that felt refreshing. It’s very close to a motorbike rental place and only 600 meters from My Khe Beach. Overall, it was a great stay

The villa was awesome, right by the beach and with beautiful rooms and pool. We had one issue where electricity went out from outside pole. Thi Ngoc immediately responded and moved us to another villa. The host is very responsive and there are restaurants near by and market within 5 min walking.

Our group hosted a friend's birthday party and had a memorable event at this villa. What impressed us most was the enthusiasm and thoughtfulness of the host. The house is fully equipped, from large BBQ grills for the family party, to the spacious swimming pool and the green garden. Little touches like the swing, garden table and especially the relaxing massage chair made all the difference. Around there are also many chill chill spots to check in: fields, cafes etc.. We will recommend this to friends and will definitely be back again in future occasions. Thanks to the host for creating a wonderful vacation space!

If you just check the shower part again, the facility management is clean and good. The water pressure was weak, so I couldn't take a shower with warm water.
