Holiday rentals with a home theatre in Phra Khanong

This is a lovely and comfortable unit with plenty of good facilities. It's always useful to have a washing maching and the cooking equipment is good. There is a lovely pool in the adjoining building. While the location of the condo is a little way from Sukhumvit Road, there is a regular and free tuktuk from the site to the BTS and the motorcycle taxi is also inexpensive. It's withing easy walking distance of a number of good and affordable restaurants as well as higher-end venues. Overall to be recommended.

Very nice apartment. It is clean and matches the pictures. The bed is very confortable I loved it. The building is absolutely beautiful and very modern. The security guy is truly a nice person 🫶. It was a great stay! Yoyo is a very nice person and we had a nice conversation. Just take in consideration (and it is not Yoyo fault) but the building is not located in Bangkok city center, so you need to take a cab if you want to visit. However, the building is located in a local neighborhood so if you want to be with locals and not tourist it’s nice! Also, the main road is close by the appartment so for light sleepers you should bring noise cancelling earplugs.

This was great location for my first time in Bangkok- vibrant area with action every corner you took- very reasonable distance to all the historic sites downtown- Grab (Thai Uber) was very easy to use here- being high up made staying at room very quite and nice escape from chaos going on beneath- highly recommended

I had a really good time here! The room was comfortable and the complex was always well kept clean. The location is perfect: close to a BTS station and only two stops from Kasetsart University, where I studied. The area is also nice, with lots of eateries and shops nearby. And within 15 minutes by BTS you are downtown. Land is a fantastic host who is always ready to help. He helped me with my visa extension and even went to the immigration office. In addition, he took me to the airport for my return trip. He always had good tips for the surroundings and even took me to the best restaurants a few times. During my almost 5 month stay, we became good friends. I couldn't have asked for a better Host and stay! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone traveling to Bangkok!

My stay was just perfect! The communication was super friendly and uncomplicated from the beginning. She was quick to respond to messages and was always helpful. The place was the same as in the description – if not better! Everything was sparkling clean, lovingly furnished and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. You immediately notice that they worked here with a lot of love for detail. The location was also ideal – quiet but still well connected. I felt welcome and comfortable from the first moment. She gave me great tips for the area and made sure I didn't miss anything. I highly recommend this place to the wonderful host and would love to come back!

Great place to stay especially if you have a group. It appears that the property is also used as a hostel , but if you rent the complete property, it is only your group. There is plenty of space and restrooms for everyone. The place is very clean and convenient. There are some restaurants and 7-Eleven stores within walking distance. Would definitely stay here again.

Cozy place with a short distant to Chinatown ! A lot of local restaurants near by. The host is very quick in response! My family and me had a great time staying here!

The stay was so clean ,comfortable,beautiful and luxurious! Everything was there that we needed . We even had someone who brought us from the airport to the place :) It was so perfect we didn’t want to leave . 7 Eleven near by and great food . Very safe to stay in this Appartement (they have Security) and the area in general is very clean . Thank you very much for this 12/10 stay ! PS : THE POOOL WITH THE VIEW WAS INCREDIBLE !

1st convenience stores, laundromats, pharmacies, various restaurants, massage parlors, etc. are not inconvenient to stay. The elevator has to be in line during work hours, so I avoid that time. The room is in good condition ~ I was alone, but I liked it because it was spacious. It was good for work It's also worth seeing a local market nearby. The subway station is right at the entrance Free cart service from the condo to the front door is good from time to time ~

Santi's apartment is very special and gives a consistently good Bangkok vibe due to the great view. Personally, I liked the fact that it was not right in the city center and especially the water taxi ride was really a great experience! Santi was always quickly available and helpful and was 😊 always happy to give good tips.

Our stay at Toshiaki’s penthouse was nothing short of incredible! The view from the penthouse was absolutely breathtaking, and the space itself was in pristine condition. Every detail was well-maintained, making it a truly luxurious experience. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for an unforgettable stay. We would love to return in the future!

Great place to stay in Bangkok, the flat has everything you need and is located in a very bustling and great area, easy connection to public transport and many shopping options nearby. Easy communication with the host and the airport transfer is a big plus. The condominium offers a great variety of amenities that are easy accessible. the pool is great but was a bit cold.

Host waited for me to check in even tho my plane was a little bit late. He’s very kind and bought me breakfast. He knew I had a flight in the morning. I overslept and he came to wake me up. Very caring host.
