Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Phoenix

Great location and super secure building. Loved the area and kitchen and furniture. Thermostat was great. High end appliances and coffee maker, as well as fully loaded kicked with all the pots pans and utensils you will need. Best kitchen of all the Airbnbs I have ever stayed in- hands down! Nice people in the building and responsive host. Only two minor faults for me. It’s lacking patio seating- beautiful view and great patio with no place to sit. Also is it cumbersome to get through the building and have to walk around a lot since you don’t have direct access to the parking garage to get up to your rental. With that being said it was amazing quiet, everyone was super nice and I would even consider buying a unit because I was so impressed with the building security and quality of the building.

This was the perfect stay for it being my first time in Phoenix, it made it very easy due to the fact that it’s only 7 minutes from the airport. This location is in the middle of everything but still in a quiet peaceful location. The unit I stayed in was very clean homey and even had a lot of privacy. I also felt very safe and secure since the unit is located behind the main house and has a nice gate that is key entry access only. The home was fully equipped with everything I needed to cook clean and to make myself comfortable… The host is so sweet friendly always responds promptly and was very considerate for allowing me to do an early check in. I would definitely stay here again and plan to book once I’m in town again. Definitely a 5 star stay for a solo trip or a couple stay.

My co-worker and I stayed here for a week while performing at ASU Gammage. The apt was within walking distance to work in a peaceful neighborhood. Our only wish is that we could have stayed longer. The apt was clean, comfortable and spacious, and Troy was incredibly accommodating and kind.

For a group of four this place was perfect. Both the apartment and the area were clean and felt safe. Paula was a fantastic host who responded promptly with the few questions we did have. I would absolutely stay here again.

This was a great last stop/stay on our family Phoenix trip! It was a perfect last stop due to the in-suite laundry we were all so thankful for! The suite was very spacious for our family of 7 and the bed linens were clean and comfortable! For amenities, the gym was nice and the hot tub was nice and hot! My boyfriend loved this area of Tempe and that evening we had a great time riding on the sidewalks of this neighbourhood on motor scooters! Lots of awesome options for restaurants in this area! The hosts were really responsive and communicative which was awesome. Will be back!

Great location, great spot. Fit what we needed. Would love to stay again. Only recommendation would be to throw some blankets in, as the bed sheets were very thin. Still, great would recommended to anyone staying in the PHX/Scottsdale area.

Perfect little spot for a few days in Tempe! The apartment is situated about a 15 minute walk to downtown Tempe, and a half hour walk to the football and hockey stadiums on the ASU campus. Everything was neat and tidy, free of clutter, and a wonderfully firm bed with soft pillows. The wall mounted AC and heating unit kept the space at the desired temp. A quiet neighborhood just West of Mill Street, street noise was not an issue. The host was extremely responsive with any questions or concerns I had. Will definitely consider staying there again the next time I visit Tempe!

This might be one of my all time favorite places I’ve stayed at. The house is super nice and very comfortable. The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you could possible need. The main attraction though has to be the backyard. A beautiful mural stretching across the wall, a very nice pool, a little outside bar with a TV. I cannot recommend this place enough!

Our stay at Paul's AirBNB was beyond "great", it was "outstanding". Paul was very thorough and detailed about every aspect of his home. Paul has a very beautiful home that's located in the ideal location - close to just about every service you can think of. If we ever need to stay at a AirBNB again, Paul's home will be our first and only choice.

We were doing a major remodel of our home that’s only a few blocks away. I needed a place that would take 3 small dogs plus my husband & I. Very beautiful home. Had everything we needed. We felt right at home for 4 weeks!

I had the most amazing stay at this Airbnb home in Arizona! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning desert views and the peaceful, serene atmosphere. The house itself was immaculately clean, nicely decorated, and fully equipped with everything we could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The attention to detail was evident from the cozy living rooms to the spacious kitchen with modern appliances. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic experience. They provided great recommendations for local restaurants, hikes, and attractions, making our stay even more memorable. The home’s location was perfect—peaceful and private, yet close enough to explore the best of Arizona. We loved lounging by the pool during the day and stargazing at night. The sunsets were absolutely breathtaking! I can’t recommend this place enough for anyone looking to unwind, enjoy nature, and experience true desert beauty.

We booked this house for a family vacation (kids ages 11, 8, 6) and we were so happy with our choice. The hosts are well organized, responsive and very professional. The house itself shows that they take great pride in their rental. As stated in the description, there was nothing this house didn't have! The kids were able to play games in the game room, the golf putting green and swim at their leisure. The TV's in the bedrooms were great for winding down in the evenings (no tv in the master bedroom, but we were fine using the main tv in the living room). The location was great! We felt that we were pretty centrally located and most things were within a 30 minute drive. The house itself was very clean and you can tell they paid attention to the details. The back yard is absolutely perfect- it is SO private and we felt very safe. Overall, we loved our stay and highly recommend this rental!

Place was well stocked. Clean. Close to downtown Chandler with the great restaurants and night life. Close to San Tan Village Mall area with great restaurants also! Eric was extremely responsive and accommodating. F-150 did not fit in the garage, however, plenty of parking in the neighborhood. Eric was able to get a reserved parking space for our short stay to accommodate. Appreciate this!

Really enjoyed the apt - clean, good sized space for one person, fully stocked kitchen, comfortable bedroom, lots of light, and having the outdoor patio was a bonus. Stayed here while traveling for business and it was the perfect spot bc it was close to the places I had to go. If I was visiting for fun, I would likely choose a different neighborhood.

Great stay at Nick's Exactly as nice as listed, as close to Old Town and Fashion Square as it gets. Walkable to Civic Center and all of the Old Town nightlife Quiet community, definitely older so it is peaceful and welcoming. 10 steps away from the public laundry room which is easy to use and location overall is as good as possible for downtown Scottsdale. Nice pool and even nicer gym

Chris and Cynthia went above and beyond to make our stay convenient and comfortable. Every detail was attended to and we felt very spoiled. They allowed us in long before 4:00pm due to our circumstances. Their condo had everything we needed - and more. The location was perfect and they were very responsive to us. I would highly recommend this beautiful, clean condo to anyone!!

My wife and I spent a week in Scottsdale for the Mesa marathon and Black Canyon Ultra and had an amazing time in this location. We were super impressed with the responsiveness and professionalism of Gabriel as a host and he was even kind enough to get us in to the unit a bit early. The unit itself was perfect and everything we hoped for, clean, comfortable, and a perfect home base for us to enjoy Scottsdale and the surrounding area. Location wise it’s extremely central with lots to do in the immediate area including entertainment and great restaurants and we especially loved the pool area as a place of reprieve to catch some afternoon sun and relax. Highly recommend this location and host!

Great place for what we needed. Central location to the places we were there for. Would recommend. A little bit cheaper than a hotel further away and was way more comfortable. If I’m visiting family again I will try to stay here first.
