Stayed in this apartment for 2 weeks in December 2019 just returned. This is not the first time I've ever had a lot to compare. First of all, a great location 100m to the sea, all the infrastructure is close by. The apartment is not large but we had enough space for three adults and a child of 9 years old, a kitchen, a room, a toilet room with a shower and a washing machine,there is a balcony, windows overlooking the shadow side of the air conditioner were rarely used, the apartment is clean, there are all appliances and utensils for a comfortable stay, in general, we did not find the price-quality ratio ideal. We lived here with our family for 2 weeks. The place is big and has a nice balcony area with private pool. Walking to the beach just takes 5 minutes. Nearby is a 7-11 and a few restaurants and bars. Communication with the host could be better, before checkin we didn’t get any instruction. The reception requires a copy of everyone’s passport. It’s a serviced apartment, it is cleaned every day. Overall we had a good time with our family.

Great location to stay..near the beach and Rhompo bar and market complex. Many restaurants to choose from. Clean apt with nice kitchen, bathroom always a hot shower. Big TV and great private WiFi. Plenty of storage space and security box. Nice big balcony. Plenty of kitchen utensils. Very good security in the building with Bong and safe private parking for motorbike and car. Swimming pool on the small size but ok if u wanna cool down after a hot day. Landlady is very responsive although I did not have any issues. I will stay again .

Tatiana’s place was a great short term stay, the building has lots of amenities and she keeps a clean apartment. Close to nearby markets where there’s lots of great local food!

Basic and clean accommodation in a nice resort style atmosphere with all you need. A comfortable bed and pillow. I believe you need a motorcycle or car if you are staying here to get around and go to the beach or Jomtien.

We didn’t stay long, but we had a great time. The pool was an excellent place to relax. There were a couple shops nearby that were ideal for late night snacks. The host was helpful and easy to talk to. 10/10

Villa space is the right size and feels like home.The pool is not big but ok, the price is a good thing, the only drawback is that the location is slightly remote, suitable for renting a car to visit for tourism. The host is very nice and can arrange an airport pickup for you, any questions you are welcome to find him, such as some fist races and car rental deals, overall a good trip here and a good chance to come back.

We really enjoyed our stay in Apichai’s apartment. We had everything we need: washing machine, equipped kitchen, TV, air conditioning and an amazing view from a big balcony/deck. You could hear the waves if you sleep with open doors. There is a great pizza place with a very tasty pizza in the same building as well as bakery shop with fresh bread and buns every morning. 7/11 is 10 min away and the authentic Thai restaurant is around the corner. The beach is clean and quiet. It is a paradise on earth. The owner was very kind to us. He even bought a new comfy couch for the living room while we were staying there. We definitely would love to come back.

It's not the first time we've stayed in this condo. This time, the choice fell on the apartment with two bedrooms on the ground floor, with direct access to the pool. The apartment is spotlessly clean. The host loves it and the residents. Feels like home. The check in instructions were spotless. Very convenient entrance to the apartment - by the code of the lock. The host is available, but there were no problems after check-in. Overall, the stay was quite comfortable. We recommend and will most likely stay here next time.

The pool is the great attraction of the place, for adults and children the fun is guaranteed! The gym is medium-sized and has an open space if you want to run or exercise from the outside, it has a sea view and is very pleasant in the morning to work out and look at the sea. The host was very friendly and left us some fruit for our arrival. The beach is about 300 metres away and walking is easy to reach. We would return to the apartment at another time.

I suppose it’s one of the best locations in Pattaya, 2 minutes to the beach, wide ranch of facilities. High floor, amazing view

Great place to stay. Clean with all the amenities. Definitely have to go back and use it again. The owner of the room is very nice. Very attentive. Very accommodating.
