Duc's apartment in District 1 was my sanctuary after two weeks exploring Saigon's chaotic streets. The location is great, just minutes from Ben Thanh Market and the best street food alleys, while still being quiet enough for solid sleep. Duc's rapid responses and genuine warmth made me feel like I had a local friend in the city. For the price, this place is a gem in central Saigon.

The building of the accommodation is atypical and original. The elevator is not available after 11 p.m. which did not bother us at all. City apartment with a very clear view. We retain this address and would recommend it. Tam Hien is a perfect host and very attentive.

Staying at Vo’s place was SUCH a vibe. The location is perfect, right on Pasteur Street so it’s super easy to walk around and explore. I could reach out everything nearby: famous spots, shopping malls, and a ton of cute coffee shops to choose from. The room was super clean and smelled amazing. The view from the big window? Insane. I loved just chilling there, watching the city hustle. Vo is honestly the best host ever. So friendly and takes care of everything. I stayed at one of their places last year and loved it, so I had to come back and try this one. It’s cozy, homey, and just feels good.

I have been here for 5 days, and this apartment is really quiet and peaceful. The apartment is truly beautiful and clean, and I’ve had a wonderful time here. There were just a few minor issues, such as the apartment locking the main gate at 11 PM, and the side gate seems to be locked between midnight and 1 AM. I got locked outside on the first day, but luckily, a resident who came home late helped me by opening the gate. I think Trí should make sure to inform guests about this in detail, as it is really important. Thank you to the host for being so helpful and supportive during my stay. 😘

This space was perfectly located near great shops, restaurants and bars. The host was communicative and supremely helpful in giving advice for places to go….clearly they love their neighbourhood. The room was cozy with a modern bathroom and thoughtful, sweet touches…..quiet and super clean. Absolutely loved it!

Happys place was nice and clean. He responded in minutes to any inquiries we had. The building also has a gym and pool on the sixth floor. I loved that the stay was very close to the airport.

This is by far my favorite Airbnb that I have stayed in. It is very central in Saigon without all the hustle and bustle of tourists / tourism, but these things are nearby enough and can be reached on foot. There are plenty of very nearby places to eat / sit / relax / explore. It offers a more local feel that you won’t get in a typical hotel or hotel-like “apartment” in the city, especially as you will be tucked into little alleys. There is also a movie theater about 5-7 minutes away by foot. The host was very attentive to my needs and provided very clear directions in how to find her home / what to expect. It was very easy to check-in and check-out. The home itself was very clean, filled with sunlight, plant-life, and two turtles and fish, noise-free, and quite comfortable to get a good night’s sleep. There is also a friendly white cat (not in home) with a bell on its collar that will let you pet it endlessly at night. This is a great deal and should be booked without hesitation!

The apartment was very ideal for my group of 10. There were 5 rooms and 4 toilets and baths, which made it easier for us to prepare ourselves every morning. Being in a group whose ages are 62-63 year old, we were initially daunted by the fact that 2 rooms are already on the 3rd floor but we realized the stairs was built with a good handrail and halfway up there is a landing for a brief rest. Honestly, I find climbing the stairs as a good exercise. Le was also very accommodating and responsive to all our questions and requests. He personally attended to most of them. He sent a representative whenever he cannot attend to our requests. We were impressed with the technology that he has in his appliances and in the safety of electrical components with push-button door locks and automatic lighting system. The place is very near restaurants like McDonalds, Popeye's and Katinat, local brand and better alternative to Starbucks. The apartment is accessible to almost all forms of transport.

A little retreat in the hustle and bustle of the city. I looked forward to coming back here everyday. Everything in the house is meticulously placed and intentional. Mai also kindly checked in with me from time to time and gave me some great recommendations in the area. Would stay here again and any chance I get in Saigon.

Thao's place is perfect for a shorter or longer term stay in HCMC. It's close to everything in D1 yet tucked away far enough in a very clean and safe ally that you have very little noise........in our eyes this is perfection. The apartment is well kitted, bed comfy, AC cold, and shower warm. We didn't have the opportunity to take advantage of all of the extras Thao offers but when we come back to HCMC, we will be staying here again. Thao is extremely responsive and helpful.......one of the best hosts we've had the pleasure of staying with.

Cute little home close to everything. They were such great help. And was very fast with answering any questions we had. Would recommend this house to everyone.

Hieu’s place was incredible. Everyone in our group loved the open kitchen and pool on the top floor. All the rooms were great. Elevator was a plus! Will definitely stay here again when back.

Everything was absolutely perfect, although it was new district, perfectly avoided the complex traffic, there should be everything downstairs, very convenient, the staff are very welcoming and reliable, I will definitely be back

This is not the first time I stayed at their premises. Always clean, well equipped and very responsive hosts. Highly highly recommended. I will be back to stay with them again
