The apartment on the top floor (attic) is really nice, with laundry area next door (shared service) and boiler area that allows you to have a laundry ready in one night! Beautiful view, and a very large garden equipped with volleyball nets, flywheels and a pin-pong table to play together. In the village there are convenient shops and services. And if you need it in a few minutes you can reach the town of Cles. The apartment is well served with all the comforts, if something is missing, just ask Mr. Camillo ( I asked for a toaster) and very helpful with what you need. We also had a really good time with the children for whom there were areas equipped for their fun. The apartment reflects the description and Mr. is an exquisite person and attentive to his guests! The apartment is very clean, the linens are fragrant, anything is needed for a stay. The location a ten minute drive from downtown is convenient. Great private parking. We are very satisfied.

We stayed at Zaira and Jose's house over New Year's Eve and we enjoyed it very much! The house was perfectly clean and simply ideal for a group! There are three bathrooms, the house is super nice and practically cut. We could contact Zaira and Jose at any time and just felt completely comfortable. Three-night stay of 12 people (8 adults and 4 small children) in families of friends and family. Great layout of the building that has guaranteed all the amenities for adults and children while maintaining the correct privacy. Warm and well-decorated rooms, kitchen equipped with everything you need, well-equipped outdoor and indoor children's areas, outdoor barbecue, suitable outdoor parking spaces for at least three family SUVs, well organized outdoor garbage collection area department, beautiful dining room typical of Tyrol covered in wood with stove. Great location for groups of families interested in a stay in a typical building with all services (town center, supermarket, etc.) and tourist attractions (spas, sky area, mountain sports) nearby. Alexandra is an amazing host! She is absolutely friendly and flexible. She gave us great local recommendations and met us with juice, wine and sweets - was a nice surprise. The place has a great location. The bus stop is just nearby. It takes about 5-7 min to go up the hill to the slopes. There is a local shop nearby with all you need. The house is amazing, big, well equipped, is a great fit for three families, two tables are good to have for a big group. There are several sleds in the basement- you don’t need to take yours - save the space in the car.

Very nice place to stay. There was nothing missing. Everything was clean and lovingly furnished. Communication was easy. There was enough space, even for the ski equipment. Parking was right outside the door.

I truly can’t say enough great things about our experience at Francesca’s place. Safe and beautiful location with great restaurants nearby. I would say this has been our best AirBNB stay yet. The apartment was very modern and had all essentials. It was about a 3 minute walk to the train station. Can’t wait to stay here again!

Good place to stay in Innsbruck. Very brightly lit space. Colorful decorations. Close to trains and busses. Amazing Kebab shop right attached to the house. Very responsive. It is in a basement so not much sunlight. On outskirts of Innsbruck so will have to drive or take public transportation to downtown. roughly 10 minutes away. great place overall

We felt very comfortable in Martina's apartment. It is very large and centrally located. Martina always responded very quickly and flexibly to questions and requests.

We had a wonderful stay, the apartment has been beautifully designed with clever use of the space and the views are stunning! There is a train station just minutes walk away which has regular trains into Innsbruck centre. Sophie and Alexander were very helpful and even provided some toys for our 1 year old.
