The apartment is as described. It is pleasant. There is a bus stop (line 15) about 100 meters away. During this period, 1h30mn between 2 buses which did not correspond to my treatment schedules. Due to our availability, I did not have the pleasure of meeting Florence; nevertheless, she was easily reachable by phone, at the list and caring. I would recommend her apartment.

We enjoyed a wonderful few days at Patrick’s beautiful apartment. It was exactly like the photos, clean, bright and airy. Appreciated being in the old centre with the cathedral opposite and views of the canal. Weekend parking outside the accommodation was free then a 10 minute walk along the canal for free parking during the week. Loved the old building, so much character, beautiful staircase. Patrick answered my questions quickly and was very helpful and informative. So much to do in the area, a visit to Abbey Fontfroide is a must. Minerve and Gorge du Brian is stunning. Châteaux de Lastours also beautiful. Don’t hesitate to book this apartment, you won’t be disappointed!

Wonderful stay. In a quiet neighborhood and ideal for traveling with our baby and his cart. Families are highly recommended. The apartment is ideal!!Simon provided a baby and high chair which lightened our luggage. I forgot one thing in the apartment and the management that is being done to get me back is admirable. We will definitely repeat and tell our friends!

Great place to come and recharge with the hike of the Tour du Lac d 'Avène which passes just behind the cottage. Lucy is very friendly, and we thank her for all the little touches that there was when we arrived (a small bottle of wine, honey soap...). Very well appointed cottage. We will definitely be back

We had a great time with the family! The house is spacious, clean and decorated with great taste, with superb antique objects that bring a unique charm. The bakery and supermarket are a short walk away, as well as the nearby sea, perfect for enjoying the beautiful sunny days. Communication with the host was smooth and prompt. Very lovely place in walking distance of beach, super markets, great restaurants and the ferry to Sète The pool was excellent, our 2 year old had loads of fun!

Annabel’s house is truly exceptional. It is spacious and tidy. Very close to the center of Lattes and cafes and restaurants. But it is also in the middle of beautiful fields and trees. My kids loved it too. Thanks Anna for your amazing hospitality.

The house was amazing. We really enjoyed the open plan kitchen diner, cinema room, lovely big bedrooms. Lots of outdoor space although due to the time of year did not make as much use of the fantastic kitchen and lounge as we would have like to. We did briefly brave the pool! The location is great. Béziers is 25 mins, St Chinian is 5 mins and has a Sunday morning market. There are many tracks immediately from the house and village to walk or cycle. Lots of local restaurants although check opening days out of season. The wine cave on the street was well worth a visit. One highlight was Vinebike wine tours for an electric bike ride around the local vine yards. Pierre was always very helpful and responsive. Definitely a place to return to.

David is very responsive and thoughtful. He took the time to call on the 1st day to check in with us. The accommodation is great for a week of vacation, the beach where we bathed is a 10 min walk. Quiet and green environment. Good communication with the concierge. We recommend no problem.

We spent a week at this place and were very satisfied. The accommodation is well maintained and the kitchen is very functional. Everything is in walking distance. I want to clarify that the person who takes care of the rentals is very nice and above all very responsive, everything is well notified in the accommodation and especially before arrival!!!! Excellent two week stay with our 6 year old daughter in Eric's apartment which is perfectly described in the advertisement. It is well isolated from the noise of the neighborhood, the terrace is well separated too. The Tourist Offices of Palavas-les-Flots and Carnon-Mauguio offered many activities for children during the school holidays, varied and of good level. Very good organization and relationship with the co-host at check-in and check-out.

This place is absolutely perfect for exploring the camp. It is close to all shops and parties while being quiet. Bruno is kind and welcoming. In short, a wonderful first experience for us and probably not the last... Marie Laure and Pascal
