Patricia's home is lovely, warm and cozy. We booked at the last minute so that our family could spend Christmas together. We appreciated the lovely welcome and provision of staples like milk, butter, tea, coffee, juice and also crusty bread. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a full Christmas dinner with ease. Patricia had even gone to the trouble to decorate her home for Christmas for us, which was very special. We all enjoyed our time together there. It is a bonus to have a full bathroom and an extra toilet for a family, too. The setting in the park is peaceful and welcoming and there are nice walks around the woods and lakes; our dog loved it, too. This is a wonderful place to stay in every way and Patricia is a very thoughtful and accommodating host. Thank you!

We have now stayed three years in a row, and the hoouse is improved every time we visit. There is always fresh bread, milk, eggs and jam in the fridge. A huge selection of coffees, teas and hot chocolates. The house is warm, inviting, beautiful, quirky and comfortable. We love everything about it and all the perfect little details. We love the owners and their kind warm and appreciative care and attention to every single detail. Thank you from all of us for letting us stay in your beautiful home.

This was a very pleasant stay. We stayed over the Christmas period and Diana’s place was a home from home. Diana put up a few Christmas decorations which was not expected but very appreciated. Very close to all the large supermarkets and other big brand stores. About a 20/30 min walk into town, as it’s all flat it’s a very easy walk. Was a bit worried that we would be disturbed but noise from the street and rd. but it is extremely quite and no disturbance at all. Great Chinese takeaway just yards away and you must check out The Empress pub which is close by where it’s Christmas all year round. Very comfortable beds which aided a good nights sleep. Diana was very responsive and answered any questions quickly and was happy to asset. We would definitely stay again 10/10

We had an overnight stay at Fiona’s lovely home. Her house was well appointed and very comfortable. Had all amenities and great kitchen for us to share a meal with our group. Definitely recommend!!

Miranda’s place exceeded our expectations. This is a gorgeous, luxurious place to stay. It is very spacious, the beds and bedrooms were all beautifully decorated and really comfortable. It was kitted out with many thoughtful extras such as a lovely welcome selection of breakfast food and snacks. The bathrooms all had very nice toiletries. The hot tub was great. The kitchen was well equipped and dining area spacious to seat us all for dinner. Really nothing to fault for a relaxing comfortable weekend with a group of friends. We checked out one of the local walks (which was very good) but the accommodation was so nice that we mostly stayed in relaxing and eating and drinking.

Perfect spot for a relaxing weekend. The place was very comfortable and had everything we needed for a relaxing weekend break. Some lovely towns and villages nearby with great pubs and restaurants.Excellent value for money!

As a group of 8 (mature) friends, we had a fabulous stay. The cottage was clean, well equipped and very comfortable and we loved the little touches added by the host (eg milk in fridge, etc). It was absolutely as described and the only oddity was that the kitchen tap provided merely the tiniest trickle of hot water. We simply took the washing up bowl to the beautiful downstairs shower-room to meet our occasional need for, and was not much of an issue for us, due to the dishwasher. We also loved the open fire with the wood and kindling etc supplied, but you may need to contact the host or bring your own if you plan on cosying up for more than one night’s worth of log-burn. The above are very minor observations and I would consider the advertised listing an entirely fair representation of this property.

A wonderfully comfortable and warm spacious place to stay.

We stayed for four nights. James let us enter early on Christmas Eve. The house was even nicer than the photos. Everything was clean and the beds were comfortable. James left Christmas treats for us. The house had everything we needed to cook meals. We had a question and James responded quickly. We walked to downtown Cambridge every day and it took about 25 minutes. We highly recommend staying here.

Lovely accommodation and hosts. Cereals, toast, yoghurts , orange, tea and coffee where included. A lovely touch. Thank you Carole. The accommodation is a ten minute drive from the town centre. There is very nice pub, the windmill within a 5 minute walk and a couple of local shops. The area was very nice and quiet. Home from home. I will definitely return if i go to Peterborough again. Highly recommended

My parents came to visit us and our new baby, Christine was really great in helping get them settled in and making them to feel welcome.

My husband and I needed a place to stay for 6 weeks in Cambridge, and Emma's flat was perfect. It was clean, cozy, with a fully equipped kitchen, a TV, fast internet (for those needing to work from home like we did) and superbly located, being a 25 minute walk from the Cambridge central (with a bus stop near by). Emma communicated extremely efficiently and was really helpful when it came to needing her assistance with apartment related issues, such as not knowing how to turn on the heater or suggesting places to go. Our heater didn't work for the first couple of days and Emma graciously reimbursed us for those days and immediately catered to the issue. Overall, I highly recommend her place for short or long stays, it was really pleasant and seamless.

A beautiful cosy apartment not far from beautiful local walks. Rose has thought of everything with this place which makes it very homely and well equipped. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind and the place we well kitted out and very light and welcoming. Would stay again thank you!

My GF and I stayed at Diep’s property for one night, and overall, it was a good experience. The space was clean and matched the photos, which I appreciated. The bed was super comfortable, and the basic amenities like Wi-Fi, towels, porridge, cereal, milk, coffee and Tea were provided. The location was convenient for my needs, though it might not be ideal for everyone depending on what you’re looking for. Communication with Diep’s was smooth, and they provided with ok instructions for check-in and check-out.

We stayed with Ian for one night whilst visiting family and it was exactly what we needed. Ian was great at getting back to me and very helpful. Check in was easy. Great nights sleep and lovely breakfast in the morning. Highly recommend.

I had the most wonderful experience staying at Miranda's home. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with warmth and hospitality. The house was cozy, clean, and beautifully decorated, making me feel right at home. Miranda is an exceptional host, always available to answer questions and ensure I had everything I needed. The location was perfect quiet yet convenient to local attractions.and I will definitely be returning next time I'm in the area.

as this is always a solo visit, I look for somewhere that feels safe, comfortable and easy access to A17 this is ideal. so cosy and warm even in the depths of winter.

We had a wonderful time with Jo and Richard who made us welcome and took good care of us during our stay. The ensuite room is lovely and the beds were super comfy. We had use of the dining room and a large lounge with a wood burner which made it warm and cosy. Everywhere was very clean and tidy.
