Just top, an amazing place !

Davide and his father were extremely helpful and accommodating, we got there late ( airline issues) and it was not an issue for them at all. Their local recommendations were spot on, everything is within walking or biking distance and there are a ton of things to do. I would highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a quiet and peaceful place to unwind and relax.

It’s a really nice place right next to the beach. The bus stop is about 3 mins walk away, lots of restaurants in the area and a grocery shop 10 mins walk away. The flat is equipped with everything you’d probably need. Marco was very friendly and polite. Definitely recommend :)

We occupied both apartments for a week in August . Our first criteria was to find a place for 15 people for a vacation with a children's and cousins' families. We wanted a comfortable home with an outdoor space for large family tables. And be close to the Sea so that everyone can be autonomous at their own pace . In that, Villa Arzilla was perfect! In addition, we were welcomed by very friendly owners who were very attentive to our needs and super responsive! Even though it's still secondary. We really liked the style of the apartments with its vintage antique spirit! The small accessible beach nearby is not paradise, of course there are nicer beaches nearby but to us it has much more because it was our almost private beach very uncrowded and also because we were able to bring all the beach equipment beds and umbrella made available by the owners . To be more comfortable, I recommend getting to know Mario the "boss" of the beach and making you an ally . Despite his mite apparence, he is very friendly and he will tell you his story of a great stylist and swimmer! Happy holidays at Villa Arzilla to discover the magnificent Abruzzo region!

Rose's place is a great value. It is located in a neighborhood on a narrow street but easy access to the free gated parking space. I expected something small for the price but was impressed with the room sizes. The apartment was spotless! Rose and her husband Ansel greeted us, gave us the tour and offered bicycles during our stay. Very comfortable, snacks were a nice touch and there really are turtles in the back garden.

The two night stay at Ferdinando’s was excellent! It had the a great space for relaxing with family and friends and everything was well equipped for our needs. The location was perfect for getting to the beach and the shops and the train station on departure. Thank you for this stay at your beautiful apartment.

Max is a super helpful and responsive host, the room is cozy and the bed is super comfortable. The bathroom offers all the necessary amenities (all new sanitary ware) as well as the kitchen. Welcome chocolates are very much appreciated:)

Very kind and very helpful lady. Super fragrant sheets and towels, very comfortable mattress and pillows. The Dishwasher is definitely a strong point, a cozy house with everything you need...even a hairdryer with diffuser😍. We felt right at home!! Thank you

Apartment in the heart of Ortona, in a quiet and easily accessible area. The house is spacious, super clean and comfortable and Anna was very helpful during check-in. The only downside is that the air conditioning is missing, but with the fans the heat becomes bearable.

Marianna welcomed us impeccably, we found a welcome basket with cherry tomatoes, fresh basil, oil, pasta and salatini, as well as a good wine in the fridge, water, milk and a fruit juice. The apartment was very tidy and very clean, and we found everything you need to feel at home. Well stocked with everything for the kitchen, cleaning, dishwasher and washing machine. Three terraces that offered ventilation at night and the possibility of being able to be used to spread clothes and put a coffee table. Compliments to Marianna!!!!!!! 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰

a beautiful stay, we felt right at home! The house was beautiful, the space was clean and open to the sea, absolutely to be repeated! Pietro and Manola are adorable and available for any info. They made us miss nothing. An unforgettable experience for us and my son, who no longer wanted to go home!

Brand new apartment, well furnished and super equipped

We had a wonderful time here. The location is ideal and the house is very spacious and had all conveniences that we needed. We also appreciated that the hosts were very friendly and responsive in communicating and helping to resolve small issues. Thank you 🌞

A unique experience, Annalisa and her husband made us feel at home right away. The apartment was served in all respects and the location was unique, exactly behind the central street of Silvi Alta, but immersed in incredible tranquility. A short walk away was the summer life of Silvi and the Belvedere, I highly recommend!

Our stay at Franca was super comfortable. The house matches the description, in fact live it is even more beautiful! Clean, tidy, very spacious rooms. Moderately cool, but when needed we had fans and cooler. The garden is very spacious and well fenced so ideal for those traveling with their dog. Large outdoor spaces to eat, barbecue, or just relax. Franca and her husband Raffaele were super responsive and always available for any clarification. Really nice. We'll definitely be back.

The accommodation is really close to the sea (50 meters), among other things in our truly beautiful period. A few steps away is the possibility of finding 3 free beaches. Paola was very helpful (one day I asked for two accessories for the kitchen that were missing, and by night she made me have new ones). For check-in, he contacted us a few days before to tell us that the accommodation was free from the morning and that we could anticipate. Overall positive experience.

We stayed at Lorenzo/Antonella's place for two weeks. The house is located in a fairly quiet area 150 meters from the sea where there are both establishments and free beaches (very clean sea and sandy beaches)... in the immediate vicinity there are shops, restaurants, pharmacy, supermarkets... so if you want you can leave the car and ride on foot or by bike for the entire vacation. The house is absolutely CLEAN, tidy, equipped with everything you need, optimal size for 2/4 people... it has a nice paved and fenced outdoor space, so we who were traveling with two dogs found it very useful and they were happy to play outside... there is also an area covered by a sun tent and equipped with a very comfortable table and chairs to spend time outside. Lorenzo and Antonella are two kind and nice people, with whom we communicated very well. If we go back to Silvi, we hope to be able to stay there again.

Emmanuele and Tommaso's apartment was spotless, clean and it had everything it needed to cook. it is very well located near the sea and other places to walk around without using the car. Shops and restaurants within walking distance. Tommaso was very responsive to our requests and I thank him. No hesitation if you want to spend a holiday without using the car.

Overall, we felt very comfortable here. The apartment looks even better in person than in the pictures and is equipped with everything you need. Cooking utensils, dishes, snacks and coffee may also be used. The bed is comfortable and all rooms very clean. The property is right in the middle of the old town of San Vito Chietino and a walk through the beautiful little alleys and to the viewpoint is worthwhile. In the village, supermarket, bakery, cafe are within walking distance. The communication with the friendly host was always hassle-free. She was so nice and also gave us helpful tips on local places. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

It was a goodexperience, the house is very cozy and you can breathe a tranquility that can recharge you... convenient location, on the hill a few minutes by car from the sea. Highly recommended, we were greeted by Allen's mom, a nice lady who was always available!

Definitely positive living room! I stayed with the family plus an added guest at the last minute. Chiara and family's availability and attention are laudable. Chiara provides a lot of information and (timely) tips on where to go and what to do. The house is huge and the garden (with orchard) too. The foosball table then...was the cherry on vacation for everyone. Thank you Chiara
