L’appartamento si trova in un grande complesso edilizio tra il centro storico ed il porto. Si trova al sesto piano servito da due ascensori . L’appartamento è costituito da due piani collegati da una scala a chiocciola, dove al primo piano si trova la sala con cucina un grande divano ed il bagno con la vasca . Al secondo piano si trova la camera padronale ed una camera più piccola con letto matrimoniale ed il secondo bagno con la doccia . Ottima posizione e Supermercato proprio sotto casa

As already mentioned in other reviews, the house is really magnificent and well maintained. From the bedroom to the bathroom, to the dining room, everything is equipped with every comfort necessary to spend a relaxing stay. During our stay we were able to enjoy the beautiful view of the mountains simply by opening the kitchen window and avoiding the summer heat of our home. In addition, all around you can take pleasant walks surrounded by nature, in silence and in the cool. It is important to note that to reach the house it is essential to have a car. As for the phone reception, I recommend placing the phone in the kitchen window area or above the refrigerator. Our stay was marked by some misadventures, but Laurence and Leonardo were incredibly helpful and ready to help. I highly recommend Casanelli! Thank you guys so much for the wonderful hospitality!

Lovely stone house, infinity pool

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful big house. There was plenty of space with four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a big kitchen, a spacious living and another space with ping-pong and soccer table. On top of that, the outside area was breathtaking. We had a big pool with amazing views into the nature and the beautiful vineyards. There were three big tables to have lunch or dinner outside and enough sun lounges. Another highlight was also the shower outside with the views into the beautiful nature. It’s important to have a car to drive around the area and to be able to explore the surroundings and the beautiful villages. The owners were very, very nice and helpful they provided us with all the necessary information And gave us many recommendations. The pool was cleaned almost every day and we also received very thoughtful gifts from the owner. We would highly recommend this recommendation for get away with friends, but also with the whole family, there’s enough space for up to 9 people

Michele’s apartments are one of the best i’ve ever been to! It was super-clean and cosy where you can feel yourself like home, a lot of space and we fell in love with balcony! You feel it is not just a flat to rent, but really somebody’s home, and it is fantastic! All what you can need is provided and even more! Washing and dishwashing machines, ironboard and iron, air conditioner etc. Location is just perfect - close to the sea and old city, but not in the touristic area, rather residential, but you can reach center in 20 minutes on foot. Parking slots always were available next to the building or 2-3 mins walk (in September). Michele and Beatrice are very communicative and reply to all the questions promptly. We loved staying at Casa Beatrice and if we come again - we will stay there! I highly recommend Casa Beatrice to everyone coming to Senigallia!

Everything you read in the description is true, nothing was missing! New, clean, spacious apartment near the pebble and sand beach a few minutes away by foot; also supermarkets and very comfortable restaurants from the house. Welcoming and discreet hosts even if they live next door. When they arrived, they made us find fresh water in the fridge and fresh fruit on the table. They suggested where to go to eat and we always ate well. They're a wonderful couple. Excellent experience, really recommended and if we still go through those parts we will definitely ask Mario and Angelina to be able to stay with them again!

The house is very nice, very secluded (1km private gravel path to the house) and quiet and completely surrounded by nature. The pool is huge and very well equipped with shower and toilet right by the pool. Each room still has its own large bathroom and there are even 2 kitchens. The terrace and in general the whole outdoor area is very nice and with enough trees you also have beautiful natural shade. All in all we were very satisfied, communication with Milagros was also very easy and fast. The accommodation is definitely recommended!
