Holiday rentals with beach access in Pérula

Great place and location, exactly what I expected. Easy check in and check out. I would definitely do it again.

The accommodation is very nice, spacious and comfortable, it has luxury finishes as well as amenities.

The house is the perfect place to stay if you go to Punta Perula. Only one block from the beach, store across the street, lots of restaurants nearby etc. The house is very comfortable, nice beds and showers, was very clean and has everything you need to make your stay very pleasant. Communication with host was great and let us do an early check-in. We definitely recommend. Thanks

Five stars because there is no six. I really love to watch the sun setting between my feet and in this case, I could do it from our terrace! Casita Zoe is truly a paradise where one can fall asleep listening to the ocean, and swim with abandon. I’m only sorry we did not stay longer. The casita is perfect, elegant, uncluttered, with impeccable wifi, many plugs, a good espresso machine, everything placed where it should, many wooden hangers, many drawers, and much more. everything—and I mean everything—one needs. And Careyes is a magical place.

Place was very clean and quiet. We were greeted very warmly and instructions were posted and clear. Everything was brand new right down to dishes and silverware. Any time I messaged a question to Esmeralda I received an answer back in a very short time and she was always helpful. Enjoyed the stay and would recommend Esmeralda highly.

This place was perfect for 2 families of 4. The open outdoor layout gave us so much room to spread out and not feel crowded anywhere in the house. Lots of shady spots to cool down in. The location is close to the beach and stores, we walked everywhere. Everything you need for the kitchen was there if you decide to cook, we mostly just did breakfast and snacks then ate out for the rest of each day. I will definitely stay here again. The cab driver at the airport had a bit of trouble finding the place as they seem more familiar with the casa names rather than street numbers but they figured it out when we were close. Kids only complaint was not enough pool toys.

Guy has been a great host. The place was beautiful and we all had an amazing time. We will definitely come back again and again.

Sandra's home is beautiful and offers amazing views of the bay. Very bright, spacious, and comfortable. Our housekeeper, Sol was a delight. Sandra was very attentive to our minor concerns. We were very grateful for the pool after long hikes on the beach. If the "Hippy Palace" is also occupied, privacy is compromised. Guests must walk through the outdoor space and in front of the large patio doors to access their space. Not a big deal except the large windows and open concept impact privacy. Fortunately, we shared this outdoor space with respectful guests and we became friends. Sandra's home is 1 km from the beach and town. You need to be fit and mobile to walk into town. The road is steep Cabs are usually available. C$7-8.00 each way. If you plan on driving here best to ensure there is parking available. When you book try to determine if there is a rodeo in town during your stay. The Plaza del Toro is in very close and a Mexican rodeo is a very loud event lasting till 2-3:00 am.

We had a wonderful stay at La Casita in its lovely location. The place was comfortable, clean and with all we needed for an excellent vacation. We loved the architecture of the well designed cottages and facilities - in harmony with the beautiful natural surroundings. Jose Mario and the local staff were attentive and responsive and to all our requests making us feel so much at home. I would come back to La Casita in a blink.

The house is beautiful and the accommodations were beyond great. From the moment we arrived we felt at home. The place is spacious with a well stocked kitchen and the bed made for a great night's sleep. The location is quiet and a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and stores. The pool was always so inviting and a wonderful place to relax. Zack and Amy are always very responsive with any questions or things you may need. We loved our time spent here and definitely would stay again.

Amazing stay! Unique, pleasant and cozy space. We had a super stay; quiet area and very close to the beach, super comfortable rooms and bed, the beautiful alaberca, just take into account that the temperature of it is temperate, from there to more, excellent! Octavio is always waiting to respond and answer our questions. Recommended!

Excellent place. very cozy honestly the only thing I would recommend is to put a full ramp with cement on the step where the car goes up to enter the garage. since the 2 blocks that there are move as well as it is difficult to beat them with both tires because the street is very narrow, and then sticks the car if you do not focus it well. outside that external detail. i consider that everything inside was 10/10 if I get already very demanding only that the dining room played with the beautiful wood finishes of the kitchen and the doors. the ventilation super well. Fernanda would be very kind to return without hesitation in every time I go on vacation. since I consider the best of the 4 airb-b I have visited from San Patricio.

Adriana made our family trip for the first time on 15 Years such a great experiencia. Very flexible willing to help with changes in plans and home was spacious and clean. We plan on coming back next year.

Our stay with Joyce was close to perfect. For our taste and preferences', the location and the condo were perfect. The beach at Boca de Iguana is one of the best beaches along the West coast. We stay along the coast probably four to five times a year, so we have seen a considerable number of beaches and accommodations. Joyce's condo is an exceptional find. First of all, it is quiet. We never heard any noise coming from the beach, when at times, will host a number of locals, especially on a Sunday. Still, very quiet. The beach itself was flat, and perfect for walking, great for swimming as the waves are very tame. We rode bikes every day, as you can ride all the way to La Manzanilla. The condo itself is quite large, well furnished, with a great kitcken. The view from the patio is another plus for this location. We are always looking for a place that we can return to, year after year. Joyce's place is just that kinf of a location. We are already planning a return trip.

Very nice and exclusive place. Beautiful view, very clean, very well equipped kitchen with everything you need and more. We didn't see any little bug at all.😃, very conveniently located, clean beach. We will certainly return.

Excellent location at Playa Grande, morning sun on the outdoor deck was wonderful and shade for the afternoon was appreciated. Lots of room -great size. Patio furniture needs updating (one chair un-useable). Shower pressure needs upgrading. Lots of dishes, cooking utensils, food wrap and assorted spices etc. from past renters. Need to purchase laundry soap and paper towels if nothing was left over from former renters. Lots of towels, bedding etc. Very good room sizes. Having access to the well stocked store on site and swim up bar was great. Releasing turtles before supper was an exciting moment for our grandchildren!! So many unique areas within close distance to drive to and swim/surf in the warm ocean. We would highly recommend Julie’s condo!!!

Great location, perfect views. Easy access from the main road. The apartment is in mint condition, with an incredible terrace perfect for indoor/outdoor living.

Everything was very good, if maybe some improvements to the suite, mainly in the furniture, however everything was very good, everything was clean and comfortable, the air conditioners, lights and fans worked very well. The pool water is very nice and the place is very cozy and pleasant. Thank you very much to Herbert for your hospitality.

Good place to spend a relaxed end, the village is very quiet. The apartment is less than 5 minutes from the beach, it is a quiet beach without many waves. Everything as described in the post, the only thing is that the pool is cold, from there everything is perfect.
