The house is as described, big, everything in perfect condition, very clean and organized, we don't miss anything. Swimming pool and excellent barbecue area. We will definitely be back. Host Sabrina will always be very attentive. We just have to say thank you for those days.

Guaraú in itself, is already a wonder, and the house that we host very good, kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, parking,... all right and literally standing in the sand, but with a lot of comfort and practicality. Pedro's place is simply wonderful!! Exactly as in pictures! From the balcony to see the sea and right in front has a very good kiosk. Pedro responded and helped us with what we need very quickly and attentively!! Over the house, speechless.. very large, spacious, organized and clean! It has everything you need in the kitchen and the bed linen was impeccable! All rooms have private bathroom and air conditioning. The TV of the room is great for watching movies. In the house there are also umbrellas and chairs that we could use. Cabe several cars!! I definitely recommend it, and we'll be back more often!!

It was great days! Luiz is an excellent host, helpful, kind and proactive, at all times he was ready to answer me, in all my doubts. Village told us about some items from the house that were not working as soon as we arrived and committed to solving everything. The house took good care of what we were looking for. The swimming pool is excellent, very well taken care of, is serviced twice a week. It is the strength of the house for sure. The neighborhood is wonderful. Quiet place, safe and welcoming. The house has wi-fi and wonderful streams, we enjoy TV at night with very cool channels. It is important not to forget the repellent, not at all. It's all very close. Mercado Extra can go on foot and has literally everything there, from bread, meat for the barbecue, drinks to beach items. I believe that due to the location and the pool, the cost benefit was excellent. We'll be back for sure!

ESPETACULAR. Simply formidable. It was an unforgettable and special weekend. Our stay at this listing was perfect. Nice environment, magnificent cleaning, new furniture and up-to-date maintenance. There are liquid soaps in all bathrooms. Smell towels and clean carpets. The showers are delicious (I confess to the best we use outside the home to date). The structure of the property is astonishing. Luxury standard house. All of great quality and refinement. The heated pool is a separate show, not even the rain was able to repel its use. Bed linen are fragrant and well cared for. Phenomenal Churrasqueira. The proximity of the beach is sensational, for those who like us travel with babies, young children and the elderly is unsurpassed. We found nothing that discredits this beautiful residence. The host is always ready to answer any questions and give the prompts requested. We will definitely stay much more often. We recommend with eyes closed.

Casa top, clean and organized, excellent lodging, so close to the beach that we could use the bathroom of the house even while on the beach, with all the utensils needed to prepare meals and barbecue, airfry, electric coffee maker, microwave. Always attentive and helpful host Charles to serve and assist us, with a flexible checkin that made a huge difference for us, certainly my best hosting in Peruíbe. Super silent neighborhood, me and my family liked it a lot. The whole house neatly clean with all the kitchen utensils at your disposal. The Swimming Pool was not my 6 year old daughter played a lot with all her arm buoys. We look good. I just missed a washer or a six-pack machine I spent 1 week I took a lot of clothes but whoever and carrying some pieces will need to wash in the tank . And it's a bit far from the center and the beach if it's without a car with a child it's a little more tiring to go if you have the mood. A Bruna is a love of a super attentive person and has given us the perfect house in the style of the photos. The young man who cleans the pool is well educated and did not take long to do his job. That is total freedom, to enjoy a lot.

Third year I stay at Daniel's house. Each time we go, he accomplished more things still in the house. Outside the super polite and gentle communication and extra clean place. It's worth it and we'll be staying for the fourth year for sure.

The house is very comfortable! It has air conditioning in the living room and the three bedrooms,but we don't even have to use it, the house is very airy and spacious! The kitchen is super equipped, very complete. Only the oven does not have,but Felipe had already warned us and is to provide... Bons mattresses, great TVs,by the way, there are two, in the living room and dining room. Huge yard, hammock, hot pool (6,000 l). The house does not smell of mold, it is very close to the beach and has all accessories to enjoy a family holiday! It has beach chairs (many) and sunsets available for use,including cart to take to the beach. Our stay was great and Felipe responds quickly! More than approved!!! Rent without fear!

Ana's house met the group's expectations. The location of the house was the main point. The quiet, clean beach and very close to the house. Airy house, organized and practical.
