Cute place, apart of a bigger house but still feels like a private property

Review: Highly recommend this lake house for a beautiful getaway! My family and I chose to rent this out before getting snowed in. The entire house was fully stocked with everything. From full kitchen, seasoning, games and so much more. Realizing we forgot certain things while packing in a rush, we found the house already had it ready. We created so many amazing memories! The owner was kind and quick to respond with any questions we had. Can’t wait to come back during summer time!

What a great place to getaway and relax. This home was not only welcoming but very clean. We spent our Christmas here and I can’t even imagine how nice it would be to stay in the summer. If you’re looking to stay on Hyco Lake this place is highly recommended!!

We absolutely loved our stay at Jenni’s place. It’s spacious, clean, peaceful and had plenty to do for both children and adults. The kids loved the air hockey table. My sister and I had a wonderful early morning kayak trip. We all loved sitting on the back porch. We were able to cook a full Thanksgiving dinner with the pots, pans, utensils, and serving ware provided. We’ll be dreaming about our next stay!

This location was just what my family needed after a stressful visit to relatives in Florida! We were able to enjoy the home inside and out with our cousins in the area without feeling crowded. The setting is absolutely serene and peaceful! The home is absolutely charming and the beds were oh SO comfy! The outdoor deck and eating area were perfect for when we had the cousins over and the firepit was the ideal space for s'mores and chats. The kids really enjoyed fishing off the dock and even managed to catch a small bluegill even though it was Winter! Karen and her team were AMAZING hosts, checking in with us after our first day to make sure we had gotten settled in okay and see if we needed anything. They left very clear and concise check-in and check-out instructions and the home was well stocked with toiletries, linens, and household supplies. The home is well maintained and the decor is cozy and comforting, adding to the ambiance of rest and relaxation. Will visit again!

The house was so beautiful! We had a lovely time. The arcade was a blast and views of the lake were pretty (was too cold to get in), kitchen was fully stocked. Enjoyed the pickleball court and hottub. Scott was great at communicating and even sent flowers for my birthday. Highly recommend.

My sister and I rented the Rabbit Hole during Thanksgiving week. Our families had the best time and would love to return next Summer when we can enjoy Hyco Lake. Heather, the host, was very responsive and checked on us throughout our stay. We cooked a big Thanksgiving dinner and the kitchen was perfect. We had everything we needed. We loved waking up each morning to the beautiful views from every floor. The kids loved the game room and the bunkbed room. The house is beautifully decorated and quite cozy, and far exceeded our expectations. Thank you Heather and family for sharing your beautiful home with us.

Beautiful setting right on Hyco Lake. The house is gorgeous and had lots of space and things to do and keep the kids occupied. It was easy to access the lake with the paddle boards and kayak provided. Tanya was quick to respond to our questions and needs. We loved our stay!

We instantly felt right at home in this cozy quiet lake house! Having all of the kid and dog necessities provided made this house an easy choice especially with packing. We had plenty of room to spread out between our two families. It was the perfect house for our quick winter weekend trip and we would love to come again in the summer!

I had a lovely stay at this quant studio apartment. Everything was clean and neat and pleasing to eye. I slept really well and the bed was comfy too! I appreciated the coffee/tea/ and water in the fridge. I even cooked a bit which helped me to save money while traveling. I plan on coming back up in July and if the spot is open, I would stay here again. Juni was super gracious and checked in with me to see if I needed anything without any prompts. Her hospitality was notable! You will enjoy this spot if you need an easy stay.

We have stayed at the Vantage Art Flats on multiple occasions. This was our first stay in this unit, and it did not disappoint. The bathroom was spacious and clean. The furniture was clean and comfortable. There are nice restaurants that are walking distance from the location. I love the beauty of the building. A lot of time and thought has been put into making each unit feel unique while continuing with the art theme. The decor adds to the visit without making the place feel cluttered. We look forward to our next visit.

I highly recommend this condo. I was there with a relative at Duke University Hospital, and you could not get a better location. I highly recommend.

This townhome was as good as you can ask for. Absolutely beautiful. Spotlessly clean with unique touches inside like a fish tank. Very safe neighborhood. Host was excellent. This was the perfect booking for a Duke game. If I’m ever in Durham again for a Duke game, I’d book here in a second.

Devante’s condo was great for our group of 3. Basket of snacks on counter in kitchen. The fridge was stocked with water, creamer, and condiments. Spices and such in cabinets, along with plenty of cookware for meals. Kitchen over all does need some updating, especially the stove, but it’s all functional. Food Lion is conveniently nearby for groceries needs. Bedrooms are spacious. Beds were very comfortable. Extra towels and toiletries in hall linen closet. Very quiet in the evenings. Any questions were answered with a quick response. Overall enjoyed our stay and would recommend.
