Holiday houses in Perry

Return guests. We met up with family to celebrate Christmas. The gifts lined up on the fireplace were beautiful. So glad to have a large space like this instead of a hotel room. Thanks for another wonderful stay!

We really enjoyed our stay in Columbia. Joe was very responsive. We got snow overnight and Joe was out salting and shoveling snow in the morning for us. The place was very nice and roomy. We were in walking distance of Broadway, which was great! We will look to stay here again in the future.

We enjoyed our stay at Matt's place. Matt came and met us, talked and got to know us like good friends. The home is secluded just like we had hoped and very easy to find. Plenty of beds for our group to rest. We were able to see wild deer roam and drink from the pond. If we ever need to be back in the area, this would be our choice again.

This was an incredibly beautiful and peaceful spot. The cabin was comfortably furnished and modern, but still had a rustic feel.

Shawn & Betsy provided detailed instructions about how to find the house, which was important because maps apps don’t get you there. They were both proactive and responsive. The house was exactly as advertised. There was more than enough space to accommodate our group of 5. Great hosts!

Shawn’s place was great and in a great location! I asked Shawn if I could host Christmas at his place while visiting family nearby from out of state and he of course said yes but also had a Christmas tree up which was so appreciated because it helped to make it feel complete! Thanks Shawn!

Home was spacious, rooms well thought out. Home was baby friendly including childproofing latches on cabinets and plenty of toys. Generous hosts providing many toiletries in case guests forget. Ample parking and location close to town, yet very private. Pond on property needs some work. Fish are abundant but too small to eat, however still fun!
