great refurbished apartment, very nice, a real little cocoon. great! attention, the wifi is a 3g box for now but we pick up the 5g very well with the mobile;)

Great stay at Lilou's place. This apartment is very pretty, decorated with taste and impeccably clean. Accessibility was very easy, its location close to the station and the host's instructions to access the listing was very clear. I would recommend this place and would be happy to come back if the opportunity arises.

One minute walk to restaurants bars and the beach. Perfect 👌🏽

Refurbished space. It perfectly matches the photos and description. It is very well located near Lannion and for visiting the beautiful north coast of Brittany. The only downside if I had to look for one, it may be the mattress or the pillows of the double bed (I have no doubt that as time Laeticia will take care of it since she looks very picky about the details for the decor).

Great apartment. A very nice stay at Stéphane and Valerie's. We really enjoyed breakfast on the terrace with ocean views to the sound of seagull cries!!! The apartment is super well equipped and I highly recommend it

We immediately felt very comfortable, super clean, without frills. Very well equipped, thought of everything. Parking is within walking distance on enclosed grounds, restaurants and beach. Warm communication and good tips from Laurence. We were very satisfied all around.

Quality rental: very well equipped, friendly, good bedding, everything for cooking and a great laundry room. Pleasant courtyard with sunbed and tables for lunch outside. And 10 minutes from the casino beach. We recommend and will be happy to come back!

Great stay, no unpleasant surprises when discovering the house thanks to the photos on site. Host very responsive to the slightest question and who even offers you interesting activities in the area. Restaurant , Beach , Bakery about 15 minutes walk ( for adults ) ideal to avoid taking the car and looking for places. So you are close to the sea while being able to be quiet in the evening.

fanny's house is very nice, it feels very good right away, as soon as you open the door, refurbished house. No complaints about the bedding, everything was perfect, soft and soft duvets and duvet covers. Kitchen, top. children's games on the first floor. etc .... Too bad, we couldn't see each other with Fanny, but this one, completely trusted us, it's very rare to see a house without a few words to remind us to order, recommendations like be careful with this or that. i really enjoyed it.

The house is very nicely decorated. Very cozy, great location. We felt so comfortable that we didn't want to leave the house. It's the best Airbnb we've ever rented. And claudia and Clément are very nice and helpful. Merci pour tout !

Very well located apartment on Trestraou beach. Nice view from the balcony on the beach, we were not able to enjoy it too much being in autumn but it must be very pleasant in summer. many restaurants and shops around. a merry-go-round and games for the children just downstairs. in this season we didn't have too much trouble parking. the residence is quiet. Jean-Michel was a very friendly and pleasant host.

very nice accommodation very clean and 2 steps from the beach. well heated, well-stocked. very easy check-in and check-out, efficient and friendly contact. (the accommodation is at 37 and not at 39 as on the listing)

We spent a beautiful week at this seaside apartment in Perros-Guirec. The building, very iconic and visible from the entire bay, overlooks the ocean and offers an unobstructed, almost unreal view of the sea. It's a real privilege to enjoy this panorama from home! The apartment, in addition to its incredible view, is charming and perfectly equipped: a real cocoon where we immediately felt at home. As the owners have the intelligence of accepting pets, we were able to enjoy with our four-legged companion this stay which was a wonderful break that allowed us all to refuel for the end of the year. In addition, the location of the rental is ideal for exploring the area. We discovered Perros-Guirec and its surroundings through great walks/hikes, enjoying the beauty of the Breton coast. We leave delighted, with beautiful memories and the desire to come back!

Very clean and well-equipped apartment, ideally located for discovering the Pink Granite Coast. Françoise and her husband are very welcoming and accommodating hosts. Parking space is a real plus.

Excellent stay thanks to Florence and her apartment. Close to all amenities, and parking lots (sometimes a little longer to find a spot), we enjoyed our place. The only downside is the size of the bathroom, very small and accessible only through the bedroom. In itself, it remains an anecdote to all the good times spent there (and more generally in Saint-Quay-Portrieux). Thanks to Florence for the good advice and the information she gave us. We will come back, for sure.
