We had a wonderful, relaxing week in this cozy apartment. An open space concept, state-of-the-art appliances with refurbished, old wooden furniture, harmonious decor and everything sparkling clean. This was the first apartment where we felt totally comfortable immediately and the entire time. Thank you. We'll be back.

We had a wonderful winter vacation week here. The apartment was very comfortably furnished and pleasantly warm thanks to the underfloor heating. We didn't miss anything here and we felt completely comfortable. A big thank you to our hosts! We will be happy to come back!

Ludvik’s place is very very worth for the price. Ludvik was helpful in communication and we had a smooth check-in, great dinner from a restaurant that Ludvik recommended (1 minute walk from the accommodation) and also loved the town Horni Slavkov. Thank you Ludvik :)

Vaclav was a very nice host, the apartment corresponds to the description. Quietly located, the access and parking is a bit narrow, but feasible by car. Good beds, satellite TV, fast internet, bathtub, kitchen with filter coffee machine. Has everything you need for a short vacation.

We stayed in the apartment for 2 nights - as we visited my father in Zwickau. The price is absolutely unbeatable! There is everything you need. The area is totally quiet and beautiful. Highly recommended! We'll be back.

Accommodation perfect for 2 adults and 2 children. A well-equipped apartment with everything you need. If you use it in the winter months, it's a really short walk to the cable car and ski slopes nearby.

The apartment is very nice and lovingly furnished and you will find everything you need. Also the kitchen is well equipped. The mattresses were very good - only the bed creaks quite loudly. The communication with Zarina was very pleasant. She was always quick to respond to messages and even organized a baby cot and high chair for our child. All in all highly recommended!

Communication, check-in and check-out were great and very straightforward. Gudrun is an incredibly warm and helpful host who provided us with good tips for excursions, etc. We felt completely comfortable and at home and would be happy to come back. The place was great. Everything was as described. Miroslav and the other staff members of the facility were super friendly. Everything was extremely clean and tidy. Everything was perfect, we will be happy to come back.

Super lodge, good location close to colonnades. The lady was very accommodating, she explained everything nicely. The apartment feels like you're in a castle. A pool and hot tub are a nice bonus.

My stay at Richard's place was like a dream. The way the whole house was decorated and fully furnished made me feel right at home. The place has everything you need and is like a fairytale home you see from movies. Beautifully decorated, private, clean, cozy and warm, and very spacious. If you want a nice, relaxing getaway in Karlovy vary, choose this place. Richard himself was also an excellent host, always attentive and providing everything we needed.

Wonderful apartment in Bad Elster. Perfect location - walking distance to parks and bakery, surrounded by forest with beautiful starry skies at night. The host was attentive, and all our needs were met. Great for groups and very comfortable. Fresh air and peaceful surroundings made our stay truly enjoyable. We had a good getaway with our two small children. Even though some smaller things are still expandable, you have to say that the value for money is unbeatable. The apartment is expediently furnished, some consumables were also available, so you didn't have to buy anything else (dishwashing tablets, dish soap, etc.). This is not self-evident for vacation rentals. Curtains in the bathroom would have been desirable. There is no direct window opposite, but you still feel a little uncomfortable. We found the parking situation challenging. The few parking spaces in the street were either occupied or reserved for hotels. We were then lucky above the property (reachable relatively quickly via a hidden staircase). Since the parking situation is simply due to the concept of Karlovy Vary, I do not want to deduct a star for it.
