This is the most wonderful villa and the word villa doesn’t really do it justice - the space both internally and the public areas are fabulous. All the bedrooms have sitting rooms with kitchen areas - the a/c worked beautifully and everywhere was sparkling. The swimming pool is large and the sitting areas are perfect - we were in Cyprus for a wedding and the experience of staying in the villa added greatly to the happiest time for us all. In fact, no one wanted to leave! Although this is called a villa I would describe it more as a small, peaceful hamlet where one can join in the activities and retire to the quietest charming mini apartments. I really cannot recommend this wonderful place enough. Many, many thanks to the hosts for adding so much value to our visit. Absolutely worth every penny.

Great host. I would give him 10 stars if I could :) Yiannis and his wife are the best hosts I have ever met. They are very responsive, helpful, hospitable, polite, accomodating, and fun. The house was big and comfortable enought for our party of 10. We cooked at home most of our meals, used the bbq, oven, and all other kitchen appliences: all in perfect working condition. If I decide to visit Cyprus again, Yiannis would be my choice of the host. WARNING: We heard that there had been some incidents of burglarlies in Cyprus lately, probably due to illegal immigration, so take all your valuables with you, including money, jewelry, and documents, when you leave for short trips. DO NOT LEAVE ANY VALUABLES IN THE HOUSE. Locals are very friendly and nice people. They will help you when you need assistance. All speak English very well. We had great time in Villa Christa thanks to Yiannis and his wife, and I hope you will as well.

Amazing ,absolutely love this villa ,this is if 3rd time here and we will be back again next year the villa has everything we needed ,lovely and clean and we don’t want to leave ,Charoula is a great host and is always quick at responding if we have any queries.

We loved the stay at Anastasias place we had everything we could have wanted and made good use of the pool and sunbeds. A really nice beach right opposite the house with public sunbeds and a clear sea perfect for paddling in. We will definitely be returning!

Excellent stay for our family holiday. We loved the huge kitchen and the big area in the front room. We made the most of the house and garden. Kitchen had everything to cook big family meals and didn’t want to leave :) also the area is nice- walking distance to the beach and a few restaurants. Highly recommended

Lovely house and pool situated 10 minutes outside Larnaca. Easy access to the main road A3 for moving around the island. Lovely villa with huge living area and a nice kitchen. Bedrooms are large with two bathrooms.

Beautiful home in a beautiful place. Close to restaurants, beaches. Amazing pool! The host allowed us to stay longer due to the flight departure time, for which we thank you. Quiet, intimate neighborhood. The 340 bus is 25 min to the center of Larnaca. Highly recommended

The house was very clean and we didn't miss anything. An info to those who have to work despite vacation, sometimes the wifi has a good bandwidth and is well available throughout the house. The location is ideal to take excursions. If you are looking for peace and quiet, this is the place to be, even though the airport is nearby. To the beach, you go 5 minutes and take long walks. Although we did not meet Lina in person, she was always available and responded quickly.

We have stayed in many Airbnb and found this home so thoughtfully designed/laid out and spotlessly clean. It’s difficult to describe but the layout is excellent with two bedrooms on each side of the single story villa and all have sliding doors onto very large verandas with shaded seating overlooking an orchard. The orchard has figs and all kinds of other fruit and my children absolutely loved collecting eggs in the morning. Twelve+ fresh eggs every day. The pool was cleaned twice whilst we were there and the pool shower room and toilet was a huge added bonus. As were the pool inflatables. There is a lovely shaded dining table next to the pool with a hammock, sink and fridge etc. It all just works really well. Charalambos was responsive and provides a thoughtful welcome hamper of bread and milk when you arrive. We had the pleasure of meeting him before we left and he is very warm and cares a lot about guests enjoying the special place he has created.

We realy enjoyed our stay at Moon Maroni! The house is beautiful, cosy and was very functional for us, a family of five with grown-up children. We loved the fig- and lemon tree and the roof-top terrase with view over the beautiful landscape in day-light and a magnificent starry sky in night-time! We also loved the peace and quiet in the village. We had a rental car during our stay and there was plenty of room to park the car (and to drive in the narrow village streets was an exiting experience :) It is a must with some kind of wheels to move around in the area, but everything you need for the day is found in the village mini-market. Maria and Achilleas was the most lovely hosts! Available and helpful before the stay, flexibel and welcoming at our arrival and the advice we where given about where to eat and swim was very valuable! We all felt like home and it was hard to leave Moon Maroni. We highly recommend a stay in Marias lovely house!

Elena and Bryan were both amazing, from easy-to-follow instructions on our arrival through the entire stay culminating in a lovely chatty check-out! They made us feel right at home, and the house was perfect. They even left us a little Christmas surprise, a personal touch that the whole family loved. We will be back for sure!

1 min walk to the sea Quiet and very well-equipped house. It feels like home. Everything is in line with the photos. Santiago is an extremely caring and caring host for our well-being. Communication is simple and very fast. I recommend++

We had a lovely time in Varnavas’s property, starting with the warm reception from the host and the goodies we found waiting for us upon our arrival, including pre-Christmas gifts and fruits Varnavas had picked for us from his garden. The house is spacious and comfortable with everything you could need, and is surrounded by citrus trees and a relaxing garden. The location is perfect: it’s on a quiet tree-lined street but walking distance to the beech, eateries and shops in central Larnaca. We sincerely hope to return and stay here again!

We travel a lot and always take off the villas. So there's something to compare it with. Villa Leslie is a place with a soul that was very reluctant to leave. Very cozy, it has everything and even more that you can find useful. There was wine, eggs,cheese and fruit in the fridge so as not to run the shop right away. The villa is at the end of the gated community, the perfect place to escape the people and the hustle and bustle. We were in mid-October, there were 5 people on the entire beach line. Ah yes! Just what bothered us when choosing a villa, the neighborhood to the airport. We didn't even notice it. But this is very convenient for those who rent a car. It's not so long from the airport to suffer with the wheel on the wrong side and riding on the meeting) A small fairy tale for residents of the metropolis. We will definitely go back and recommend. Big company with children spent there NY holidays! It was nice, beautiful, all necessary equipment, table tennis, barbecue were there. And marvelous fire place made our holidays cozy and sweet. Thank you very much for the fast reaction at all our needs!

We had a great time at Petros's lovely house in Pyla with its private pool. Everything was as described, with the kitchen being particularly well equipped. The pool and the area surrounding the pool was clean, with plenty of inflatable pool toys to keep us amused. (I would perhaps suggest that a couple more sunbeds would be appropriate, considering the size of the property)? Our only issue was a lack of water on two days, however this was apparently general to the area and was no fault of Petros, who was extremely willing to send a plumber to us, if necessary. All in all, we enjoyed a brilliant holiday in Cyprus and would highly recommend the house and the friendly efficiency of our host, Petros.

Phill was a fantastic host. Very organised with directions and local information. House was great for 8 people. Pool was fun and regularly cleaned. A great house in a convenient location to explore the rest of the island. We had the best holiday. Thank you!

A very cute apartment just to feel comfortable ! The apartment is only 3 walks Minutes from the beach and 4 beach volleyball courts that can be rented for €5 an hour! All in all a very successful stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this place facing the sea, its tranquility and its green environment. Andreas was always responsive to our requests and gave us all the useful information to make our stay easier. We would recommend this rental without hesitation!

We had so much fun exploring the property when we first arrived! The rooms are all very authentic and rustic, absolutely love how quirky the house is. Had a bit of difficulty finding the house but was able to call Flora who managed to coordinate with her cleaner who helped us find the house and an easier path for is to drive the car up! The hills nearby the house are very steep so would advise being a confident driver. Other than that, absolutely no issues! Very peaceful and relaxing place to stay with a very well equipped kitchen - spices, clean fridge, cooker and other amenities. The views are gorgeous and we would highly recommend the local taverna, the couple who own it are very sweet and the food is excellent local Cypriot cuisine. Would love to stay here again and would definitely recommend to friends and family 🫶

The place is great value for money, don't expect anything too modern but it's nice to feel like you are a home away from home . We made a last minute booking and we received check in instructions quite quickly. They also made sure we were ok during the stay. It's worth staying if you want a peaceful stay in Larnaca. it's a 3 minute walk to the beach and a quick taxi ride to the main city

Theo was extremely helpful and proactive. The house is lovely, modern, bright and has everything you need. You can walk to the beach in around 2 mins. Great stay, would definitely return!
