Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Perinton

If you like lake life, this is a great spot for you. We are cooks and the kitchen was everything we needed it to be. With each bedroom full having two common areas was nice. The view made us feel at home. Looking forward to future visits if the stars align.

Beatriz is a great host. Very communicative and helpful. Her home is super cute and comfy. Great location and easy to get to many things around Rochester. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay and really loved the house. I really loved that all bedrooms were lake front and had large windows to enjoy the beautiful views. The house was also very clean and well maintained. Diana was a great host and provided information in advance. I had one question when we arrived and she responded almost immediately. It was a great experience.

Excellent space, especially as it was dog friendly! Excellent value; the space is enormous! We did learn upon arrival that the downstairs neighbor has a dog, and he was a barky boy for sure (but otherwise never would have known there was a downstairs neighbor!) Recommended!

What a gem, this ended up being the perfect place for us! We travel to the area at least three time a year and it is so nice to have a place to get away with all the comforts of home. Jill's place is extremely clean, quiet, and comfortable. We especially enjoyed the shower and fireplace. We look forward to staying here again.

We had a fantastic stay at Tamara’s place! The home is warm, cozy, and very comfortable, making it the perfect retreat. It had everything we needed, especially in the kitchen, which was well-stocked for cooking. The space was clean, inviting, and felt like a home away from home. Lindsey's place was a wonderful location for a getaway with my friends! The condo was beautiful, clean, tidy, organized, well decorated, cute, and comfortable! And wow, the view of Canandaigua lake in the morning from the living room is stunning! So close to Canandaigua and Naples and cute places to visit! Lindsey was so communicative, making sure we had everything we needed ahead of time and during our stay, and was such a pleasure to talk to! I highly recommend Lindsey's condo and wouldn't hesitate to book again!

This location is great! You can walk to many restaurants and Marinas! The house is very new and clean. It was perfect for our family of four. We will definitely stay again in the future.

This was an excellent fit for our family of four, with comfortable sleeping and hang-out space. Everything was extremely clean, and the environment welcoming and quiet. We enjoyed playing games at the kitchen table, having a well-equipped kitchen, laundry, and fitness room. We would love to be back when it's warmer to take advantage of the outdoor amenities and convenient walking location.

Although the weather wasn’t ideal during our stay, we were thankful to have a nice place to escape the cold and wind! The condo was in a great location and a short drive to downtown Canandaigua and a reasonable drive to some wineries. The space was pristine, the couch and beds were very comfortable, and we loved the complimentary k-cups! The instructions to find the key were clear and the elevator was right inside the doors at the entrance where the lockboxes were located on the railing. (we watched the YouTube video but found the written instructions more accurate). We would love to come back during another season to enjoy the lake and scenery in better weather conditions. The frozen lake and snow was beautiful though! Overall a great stay.

This is a perfect lakeside condo- spacious rooms, incredible view, very well equipped with everything you might need for a family vacation. The hosts are exceptional and were very accommodating. Highly recommend this Airbnb!
