Holiday rentals with a patio in Peregian Beach

The apartment was absolutely spotless and the surroundings were absolutely breathtaking . Very clean swimming pool and well looked after. Our host went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home. The private entrance was a plus, allowing us to come and go as we pleased.

Cannot recommend this unit enough! Such a great place to unwind. Close to all the ammenities that Maroochydore has to offer, but in a peaceful and relaxing little area. The unit itself is perfect for a small family and is set up so you feel right at home from the minute you arrive. Clean, bright, comfortable and well-equiped with everything you need. Sam was a great host and was very helpful and friendly in all communication. We’ll definitely be back!

Our stay was the perfect stop over on a busy schedule of camping, hiking and mountain biking throughout the glasshouse mountains, and national parks around the Sunshine Coast making our way back to Cairns, At such short notice Air b&b came through with flying colours!, Stopping in on a bit of luxury was definitely worth it The apartment was presented immaculately, and the welcome bottle of wine and serine outlook, and the cosy feel instantly set us into relax mode. Easy walking access to the beach, restaurants, bars and no need to drive was a plus, Marlen and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay, we managed to re charge, wash and dry all our clothes, and would recommend this apartment to others looking to escape or to reset. Fantastic stay, saved us last minute when booking .com cancelled our reservation on the way there. Incredibly modern apartment, fantastic facilities and location.

Jared was great the place was simple clean and tidy ... it had everything we needed and shops and beaches were all very close. It was a bit tricky finding the parking spot and the apartment at first but we got there in the end. We got locked out called jarred and he helped us fix it simply, amazing .. We are keen to come back and stay again if we r ever up on the sunny coast ... great view 2 pools and a spa 👌 thanks for having us our kids had a ball also

Tanya’s home was just so clean & comfortable for our family of seven. We all had our space with seating in the lounge room & plenty of room inside or outside for dining. The pool & spa was awesome & used everyday. Tanya responded promptly with any questions that we had for her, we would definitely stay again.

Wendy’s place was great, we truly enjoyed our stay. We are a family with three kids and it was amazingly accommodated for the kids with toys and bikes and so on. Had everything we needed in beautiful surroundings and house was so clean.

The accommodation was great, very spacious, clean, and very comfortable with a beautiful kitchen. The place is very beautiful and so peaceful. Jo was very attentive and a small welcome gift awaited us in the accommodation. It was a nice touch, it made us very happy. I highly recommend it.

This was our second stay at Rita’s - we had a wonderful time again. Such a beautiful spot to stay with our dog. We enjoyed a gorgeous sunrise this morning from the mountain top!

Nina’s place is absolutely beautiful. Short distance from everything Noosa has to offer, but also very peaceful and secluded, surrounded by great views and nature. The cabin itself is so thoughtfully and tastefully designed, and has everything needed for short or longer stays. Nina and Nick were great hosts, always very communicative, and we had everything we needed from minute 1. We’ll 100% stay again whenever we’re in the area.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ruby and James’ place. The space was outstanding - modern, well maintained, with thoughtful touches that made our stay very comfortable. We loved lounging by the pool and also enjoyed the spa. The location was perfect, with cafes, restaurants, the surf club, and the beach all within easy walking distance, yet tucked away in a peaceful street. The hosts were fantastic. We communicated with Ruby, Annice and Danielle, all of whom were incredibly helpful and responsive both before and during our stay. The welcome gift was also a nice gesture that we appreciated and enjoyed. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it!

Perfect for a family holiday! Close to Noosa Heads & Noosa junction. Great parking on the street. Resort is clean & spacious. Definitely recommend to anyone wanting a getaway.

This is a sensational apartment with amazing views. Matt is a mind, friendly and helpful host and was so easy to deal with. The apartment exceeded our expectations, it is comfortable with lovely linen, a well equipped kitchen, and a fantastic balcony which we enjoyed an afternoon beverage. Do yourself a favour, don’t look elsewhere, book here!!

We loved our 5 night stay! The apartment is beautifully appointed with everything a couple needs for a great stay. Hank and Hailz were super communicative not that we ever felt a need to reach out. Secure car parking, great location, excellent facilities within the complex. Friendly tenants and care staff. Bocca restaurant next door is excellent and the Market wine store world class. all in all 10/10

Had a lovely stay at Mooloolaba. Close to lots of nice spots and gorgeous beaches a short drive away. Terry was super responsive and helpful with any questions we had. The place was beautifully clean and well kept. Thank you!

The place was stunning. The unit itself has everything you could ask for, and the view from the balcony is unbelievable. The location is great for access to a couple of different beaches, and also to restaurants. The unit comes with a beach shade tent, some beach chairs, etc. Very useful. Through phone problems of my own I had some difficulties getting messages prior to arrival, but Melissa was proactive and made it easy. Caloundra is a gem. I live on the other side of the world, but would love to make it back!
