Beach condo holiday rentals in Perdido Key

This place was spotlessly clean which is very important to me. The balcony is spacious with a spectacular view. We enjoyed the indoor pool and the gym, there are plenty of amenities in the building and a ton of restaurants close by. The location is perfect. We had more than enough towels, paper products, blankets, linens and kitchen supplies. I would definitely stay here again.

I can't say enough good things about the condo, our host, or Portofino Island Resort. This was by far the most relaxing active vacation we have had. We loved having access to jet skis, bikes, paddle boards and also just being able to relax on the beach. The condo was extremely clean and equipped with everything we needed. Lia was quick to respond to every question and made us feel welcome from the moment we checked in until we left. I also was super impressed by the staff at Portofino. Everyone we encountered was welcoming, friendly, and knowledgeable. We will return and would definitely stay in the same unit again.

What an amazing find!!! Great spot and amazing location! Just steps away from the Beach. Great location with lots of great restaurants, shopping and things to do. The place was just as described and very nice. We had a great time.

Dolphins every day swim past, Pelicans, Gannets, Gulls, Loons, Ducks and more. The most beautiful cloud formations and sunsets out of this world, What a wonderful place to watch the world go by. We spent January 2025 there during the record snowfall. Pristine white sand beach at the end of the private boardwalk, so readily accessible, The walk in shower in the master bedroom has me thinking about a redo at our place, it was great. Nicely appointed clean space with spectacular view and zen vibe, big screen tvs, very comfy beds and couch. Lovely granite countertop and big fridge and oven for cooking. Beautiful en suite stone and granite rainfall shower was a real pleasure to use. Lots of big fluffy towels, Carts for easy unloading and fast elevators.

Patty was able to accommodate our family last minute due to a cancellation by our previous host due to property issues. The location is perfect for a peaceful spot to relax with shuttle to the beach club and two lovely pools to relax at.

The mattress cover was torn on the main bed when we arrived, so we left another cover. The outside of the fridge could have been cleaned better. The bathrooms were great. We loved the covered parking because of its convenience and protection as there was a storm with strong winds one night. The dog walking area around the condo is very limited. We loved watching all of the sweet families enjoying the beach and pool from our private balcony. Overall, we had a very lovely stay.

This place was outstanding! The response from Denise on a few concerns were addressed rapidly. The space was perfect for a beach getaway with my dog. Recommendations provided, allowed us to explore pet-friendly areas on the Gulf Shores. Highly recommend booking with Denise and I will use again for my next trip to AL!

We had a fantastic stay at Farrar’s place! The apartment was spotless and fully stocked with everything we needed. The location couldn’t have been better—just a short walk to the beach! Farrar provided clear and helpful instructions and has been very responsive to our inquiries, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We highly recommend Farrar’s place!

Great location! Backs up right to the beach with a great view. Loved being able to have breakfast at the table out on the balcony while looking at the beach. Really appreciated that the host was open to large dogs!

We absolutely loved our stay at Daniel’s Silver Beach condo. We have stayed at several pet friendly places and this by far was the best - everything in the condo was spotless and the view was spectacular. We will definitely be back in this unit!!

This is a beautiful property with views as beautiful as the photos promise. The property management did a beautiful job preparing the condo and gave exactly what was described. We will visit again!

Pete’s place was a great find - it’s in a really walkable location (a nice breakfast place is just downstairs, and there’s other restaurants around, plus the beach is right across the street). Comfortable, clean, quiet, a very nice host … just perfect!

When we arrived to spend six weeks, we found the condo to be very clean, and comfortable, looking just like it did in the pictures. We were very fortunate to have met Justin and his parents, when he had business in the area. He was very friendly and accommodating, and quickly replaced some kitchen items that needed attention. And…if you are a coffee/espresso lover, there’s an array of small appliances to meet your needs. Needless to say, we will be returning again next year.

This condo exceeded expectations! A beautiful place that had everything you may need. Clean! The comfortable bed was surrounded by gorgeous views as well as the main living area. We loved seeing the dolphins, pelicans and sunrise! It is not far from restaurants or other activities. David and Susan also did the extra by helping us extend our stay. We so appreciated that!

We took our kids and grandkids (6 years and 3 years old) to this property and it was an awesome stay for all of us. Plenty of things for the kids to do and lots of space for adults to be together as a group or go off by themselves and read or relax quietly. Upon arrival, signage for the buildings is not displayed adequately so getting to the right building was a little tricky. Parking is free for two vehicles so be aware that there is a fee for any cars over 2. David was helpful in getting our extra parking pass even when the front desk did not have it on file upon arrival. David took care of the issue immediately and I am thankful. The actually property was clean, spacious and provided comfortable sleeping arrangements. The stay was very peaceful and quiet without distracting noise and the view is amazing! Thanks for a great week!

We had an absolutely amazing time. The house was beautiful. The rooms were spacious and we loved that there were enough bathrooms for each bedroom. Walking to the beach was so easy and we had such a gorgeous view out every window.We also loved being able to walk to restaurants nearby. we would absolutely stay here again. It was a 10 out of 105 star trip. Thank you so much for letting us spend our vacation in your park amazing home

The accommodations were as beautiful as the photos and then some. Very clean, and spacios. Indoor heated pool and huge jacuzzi were a hit with the family. We will definitely be back when it is warmer to enjoy more of the outdoor activities. Thank you Stephanie for your assistance it was a great long weekend stay.

We came for a week stay with our kiddos after the passing of our mom. Diane was generous and opened the condo a few hours early, she was very quick to respond! We will be back!
