An ideal place for a relaxing stay in the countryside with friends. Exactly well equipped and very well arranged. A very welcoming, available and responsive host. Everything was perfect.

Alan and Heather were very welcoming and helpful, always ready to respond to our needs. The place was easily located and easy to get to. We were lucky to have beautiful weather and enjoyed the pool. In fact, we were even able to enjoy it in rainy weather thanks to a specific shelter installed for this purpose. Regarding the equipment, there is everything you need (kitchen, bathroom...) The cottage also has a large green space, a large area for children with several games and a barbecue.

We really appreciated the flexibility in check-in and check-out times. Sébastien is very responsive to any communication. The house is ideal for a stay with family. The kitchen is functional with the equipment that makes it easy to prepare meals for several people. The children enjoyed the perfectly kept garden, outdoor activities and of course the heated pool during this appreciable time of year.

Gite that deserves its 5 stars. Booked for a family gathering, there is everything you need to make sure the stay goes smoothly. Very strong potential, I think in summer, with the many outdoor activities possible on the grounds. In addition, Claire is a very pleasant host with whom it is nice to talk to! Always responsive and helpful when needed. Thanks for having us in your home!

As usual, everything went very well during our weekend at Arnaud's. The house is great, Arnaud is very nice. Winter wkd with friends by the fire with a hot tub as a bonus, at the top! Thank you very much!

A peaceful harbor in the heart of Le Perche Regional Park with a covered terrace with magnificent views of rolling countryside, sometimes visited by deer. Very comfortable and warm cottage, particularly well equipped, nothing is missing. Sophie is a very welcoming, attentive and very responsive host. We will happily come back on sunny days to enjoy the beautiful terrace and barbecue.

Perfect cottage for a family weekend!! There were 26 of us. Beautiful spaces, with lots of amenities. Careful cleaning. Very well equipped kitchen. The weather wasn't conducive to outdoor activities, but the garden and outdoor terrace are craving. I recommend it and we plan to come back to get together.

We had a great time with friends with our kids . We travel very often with b&b and we had never seen so many amenities in a kitchen! there is absolutely everything! The house is tastefully furnished in beautiful materials, it's lovely. Everything is designed to make us run out of nothing . And it's very, very clean! We will definitely go back to enjoy the beautiful garden.

We stayed in the house in November. So the atmosphere was very cocooning inside: fireplace, board games, foosball and ping pong (in the garage). The house is spacious, pleasant and very well-equipped. The owner is very friendly and responsive, with a response to each of our requests. We also took advantage of the fresh eggs laid by the chickens on the property.

We had a lovely stay, the house was clean, comfortable and homely and everything was as described. I would definitely recommend and would stay again!

The cottages are easy to find, the environment is very beautiful and clean. Small hitch, the access road where people drive too fast but it's not our host's fault😊. The chalet was as described, welcoming and clean, just 2 minutes from Boulerie Jump by road. Our host was very flexible on our arrival time, kind, smiling and available for any questions. The bedding was good and conducive to restful sleep. The small location in front of the chalet to park the car is a big plus, safe parking. For the inside, the bathroom is clean, ventilated and good water pressure. The equipment for the kitchen is strictly necessary but does the job (thank you for the salt😉). I would recommend it and would love to come back.
