very nice and comfortable

Comfortable and clean apartment. I like it because all rooms including living hall has an aircond. The unit has a lot of beds which is very convenient for big families. They did provide shower gel, shampoo and towels. The cons is the unit does not have any yard or balcony to hang dry your clothes. They did provide washing machine but no dryer. They also provide a kettle but no water dispenser or mineral water so bear in mind to prepare your own mineral water. Overall i will recommend the unit to my family and friends.

Noraini is an excellent host, responsive, attentive, and helpful throughout my stay. The house is cozy, spotless, and well-equipped, with everything in great condition. You’ll feel right at home! Its location is perfect for exploring Penang and offers an authentic local experience. I had a fantastic time and would love to stay here again :)

It was an awesome stay! We really liked the layout with the 3+1. Perfect for two families. We like the common living room area too. Aircon and fan worked really well. Lovely stay with great location that is walkable to restaurants. We will come back again.

I had a great stay here! The place was super clean, comfortable, and exactly what I was looking for. The host was really thoughtful and made everything so easy, from check-in to little details that made it feel like home. The location was perfect—nice and quiet but still close to everything I needed. Communication was quick and friendly the whole time. Check in and check out were smooth, and we had a pleasant stay. The unit is conveniently located near the elevator and offers a beautiful scenic view from level 30. Would definitely stay again and recommend it as a great option in Penang :)

We had a wonderful week in Penang. The homestay met all the conditions as described, and the experience was excellent. The host provided many helpful suggestions for local attractions. The location of the accommodation was fantastic.

Great place and beautiful view

I stayed here for almost a month and I really liked the place. super easy to go the groceries on the basement floor and plenty of restaurants and gyms in the area. within walking distance of several malls and public transport right outside. only comment is the power outlets in the apartment aren't conveniently located but that's easy to work around

Its amazing place with a lot of food stall outside and near to grocery. Awesome for somebody who looking for peaceful environment and to chill

The place was perfect and spot on. Exactly as the photos. It felt like a luxury stay for my family, overseeing the boats in the morning, facing the sunrise. It was spectacular. The host has been super helpful too. Always pick up after a few rings. And its convenient! Everything you need is downstairs. Just take the lift down and everything is there. Including the grocer. Loved it

The flat was perfect all round! Lovingly and cosily furnished, very clean, super equipped. The apartment is located in a great residential complex and nice neighbourhood. We felt very comfortable and will definitely come back on our next stay in Penang! Nikky made sure we had a pleasant stay, also for long term rental. There is a weekly cleaning service which makes a great job. Even drinking water and laundry detergents is provided and filled up, just to name two examples. Internet is stable with around 30Mbits for having video calls without any issues. For exploring Georgetown and the island a motorbike or car is recommended to be flexible, but it’s also doable by grab. One of the best AirBnBs, definitely.

We enjoyed our stay at Straitsquay. The Suite was clean and the bed very comfortable. We went swimming every day in one of the 3 Pools in the Complex. The Supermarket is very near and lots of international restaurants downstairs. Our Host - Johnson was very reliable, helpful and kind.
