Our place is in the top floor of our recently built, modern building and it offers a veranda with the city views. We are in the center of Armação de Pêra with a very short walk to the beach. Nice cafés, bakeries, grocery stores and restaurants near us and on the beach. We are located less the 100 meters to the beach and the main strip. Our place offers the convenience of being downtown where you can have short walks everywhere and no need for car.

You are welcome in this beautiful newly renovated penthouse (August 2019) on two floors at the top of one of the highest beachfront buildings. You will enjoy a spectacular view of the beaches, the promenade and the characteristic village of Armação de Pêra.
