Romantic rural retreat with distant Sea views.

A delightfully renovated barn, former stables and hay store, which retains its character with stone walls, beams and slate floors. Consists of a spacious double bedroom, shower room with rain shower, well equipped kitchen, utility/porch, open plan living dining room with feature fire (no heat decoration only). Double doors open into guests patio and private garden area where guests can enjoy the beautiful peaceful country side, admire the many animals on the smallholding (sheep/lambs, pigs/piglets, goats/kids, ponies, chickens, ducks, cats), watch and see so many different birds and wildlife, and take in the magnificent sunsets and sunrise's which provide a wonderful red glow throughout the cottage. We are family friendly and have two single fold out beds available for adults or children (at £5 ppn) and a travel cot with extra mattress (no extra cost). We have dvd player with a small selection of dvds, both children and adult, as well as some books, magazines,games and selection of baby toys. A highchair is available as well. The garden is fenced and ideal safe place for both young children and a dog should you wish to bring one. (single small/ medium dog allowed but please message before booking with information on anything more than one or large breeds) please keep your dog on a lead at all times when outside the cottage. please collect all dog mess in poo bags provided and put into the waste bin outside. please do not allow dogs on the furniture or in the bedroom. do not leave dogs inside or outside cottage unattended at anytime, or while out for the day. although the garden is fenced please keep dog on a lead as many other animals are on the other side of the fences and any damage to property or animals will have to be paid for. ill mannered dogs will not be tolerated and you may be asked to leave, where no refund will be given. any questions upon dogs please message before booking.

Y Beudy is one of our 2 cottages, along with Y Bwthyn, it is a ground level cottage, converted from a stone cowshed with wheelchair access. Open plan lounge with log burner and kitchen/diner, double bedroom, bunk bed bedroom, wet room bathroom & original vaulted ceilings & beams throughout. With a private, enclosed, dog friendly, south facing garden, the views are beautiful. Red Kites circle overhead & the entire property is surrounded by farmland, with 5 acres of our land for you to explore.
