Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Penne

and my partner had a great time at this property, 20 minutes from Roccaraso with a parking space inside , we already stayed here and had a great time. Pierluigi, the host, is a great person who is sociable and always ready to respond to anything. She gave us a good wine from her production. Excellent value for money. Ah I forgot to say something very important and one of the few in Sulmona to have the parking space inside the property

Lorenzo was a very kind and helpful host, he welcomed us and showed us some places to visit and restaurants. The place is very clean, super quiet location and no neighbors. We spent 4 days with our dog who could easily stay in the garden (private and closed) and visited many places nearby. The only "negative" aspects of the accommodation were the lack of mosquito nets in the bedrooms, which means that in summer, leaving the windows open (you were feeling great!) some insects entered, and the distance from the town center: if you want to take a tour of the village in the evening the road to get there is uphill and quite long. Thelatter aspect did not weigh us because in the evening, after long walks, we always went to bed after dinner. We didn't use the bbq. In short: a more than positive experience and highly recommended for those who want to spend a few days in total relaxation to visit Abruzzo, away from the confusion.

The most authentic experience of how you live in the perched village is in Giuseppe's little house, full of steps, where his grandmother lived who grazed her animals in the nearby hills, full of beautiful trails. We spent 15 days at Loredana's place in 10. Everything is tidy and well-maintained. Air conditioners present that have made the night restful on these hot days. Beautiful terrace to use in the evening.

The house is in a very quiet place. It has everything you need, I found the mattress very comfortable. Great bathroom. The street behind the house leads to the veneer, in 15 minutes you can get very comfortable. Great paved and large roads, which is not discounted in the mountains. Nadia is very present in recommending areas to visit, parties and more. We had a great rest. All I can do is recommend the place. No problem with our dog, too. Adriana is a beautiful person, the house is perfectly clean and very comfortable. If you need you provide extra blankets or linens. The beds are all comfortable. The kitchen is very complete and equipped. The balcony is also nice, quiet and sunny. The neighborhood is very quiet and you can also walk to the supermarkets. It is close to Mac Donald's and also to the hospital.

Sebastiano's place is a gem immersed in the greenery of Abruzzo vineyards and olive groves. Equipped with a large outdoor space, the apartment is clean, functional and equipped with all the necessary comforts for an excellent stay. It is also just a few kilometers from the sea and the supermarket, great for both short and long-term stays. As for the host, Sebastiano is a delight, ready to meet every need. We were warmly greeted with a bottle of wine and it also provided us with useful directions to roads and places to see. Absolutely recommended!

The apartment is the same as in the photos and as described. It was all very very clean and the towels smelled really good and fresh, as well as the linens. Francesca is super friendly and always available and was also immediately helpful if there was anything. We always traveled by car, you could also walk but since it goes very steep uphill, we didn't do that in the heat. It was a pleasure working with them. I would definitely stay again. The area is a working class area. But close to downtown. Grocery store right across the street. You can park in that lot for free. The views from the large rooftop deck were beautiful. Especially if the snow capped mountains to the west and north. The fireplace is decorative only.

There is a lot of countryside nearby and the area is quiet and peaceful. As a location it is very strategic to visit the Abruzzo mountain, in halfanhour you can reach Campo Imperatore and Campo Felice, in an hour at Lake Campotosto, in less than two hours you can reach the Majella, Scanno and Roccaraso. The living room TV is crazy, like being at the cinema! Finally, Domenico is a very serious, accurate and professional host as it is friendly and friendly. Nine friends who hadn't been seen for years who were able to enjoy the short time together in a beautiful, comfortable space, equipped with all comforts. It is a beautifully restored old house, well equipped and comfortably furnished. The grounds are large and well maintained, in a secluded location but still close to facilities in Civitella del Tronto and Villa Lempa. The swimming pool is large and kept clean. There is great walking and cycling from the house and nearby, and beautiful towns and villages such Civitella, Campli and Ascoli Piceno. Ombretta was a great host, very friendly and responsive. The house is looked after day to day by Luciano who is a charming and helpful man. A great place to stay and hoping to return.
