I needed to stay for a few days in Maldonado to catch up with friends, and Fabiana's apartment was a great choice for that. The apartment is located right in the city centre of Maldonado, and from there you can walk to lots of places. Many restaurants you can reach on foot; my favourite from the ones I visited was "Classic Parrillada" where they served great chargrilled beef. As for the apartment, it was in a peaceful building and it was pristine clean. It had all the amenities you could need inside it like kitchen utensils, TV-set, Air Con, etc , and I'm very thankful for a comfortable office chair that I used to do some work in the lounge. Fabiana was very responsive and proactive, and she checked if I needed anything and to see how I was doing. Considering the prices of hotels located pretty in the same location, this apartment becomes a great deal too.

Cute and comfortable apartment with a great location and a wonderful view! The building is very well maintained, the garage very comfortable and the staff very attentive. Ignacio was always at your orders, responding immediately to our orders. We will be back!!!

Very modern, comfortable and clean accommodation. Very well-kept and neat amenities. The managers and the service are very attentive. As an improvement opportunity - an air could be added in the living room. Although keeping the depto closed with the other two airs on, good temperature was achieved in general.

Very spacious, comfortable, clean and functional villa, very suitable for large groups of friends or family. We have spent 3 days and enjoyed this chalet a lot, and Mayid responds quickly and is flexible for check-in and check-out. A highly recommended option

Spectacular house, great surroundings amazing pool and the bicycles added a plus. I recommend this place specially if you are looking to have a great time with family and friends. Just One block from the mansa beach. The house has everything for you to have a great time.

It's a very comfortable apartment, very well equipped and delivered in very good condition. Ornella gave us useful directions. The complex is very nice, with a variety of pools, with different temperature, in a beautiful environment.

Leilo's apartment is very comfortable. We were very well received by the person in charge of it and we were very comfortable. The location is perfect, very close to everything you need to spend a few nice days by the sea. We would definitely be back!

Pablo's apartment is wonderful. Everything was very clean and tidy. It has much more than what was described on the page. Roofed carport with hassle-free access. Location and privileged views. We were able to walk without the need to use our vehicle, everything close by. We will definitely be back!!!

Alejandra was very flexible with check-in and check-out times. Green park is really very comfortable, includes everything you need. The apartment is in perfect condition.

Excellent apartment in a wonderful, peaceful environment, with a lot of greenery and at the same time with many activities to do. We stayed with our 2 year old son and he enjoyed it as much as we did. I have personally stayed in other green park apartments, but I must say this was the best. Very well equipped, ground floor for us was a plus as our son could play quietly for a while. Highly recommend. We hope to go back!
