Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Pend Oreille County

This review is WAY overdue! All my communication with Dave was timely, kind, and super friendly. All the instructions were super thorough and clear for us during our stay. The property is right on the lake which made our stay incredibly peaceful. Everything was super clean and tidy upon arrival and check in was seamless. A huge huge thank you for everything! This house was beautiful, spacious, comfy, and perfect for our Christmas visit with 4 children! The hot tub and game room was a hit, kitchen had everything we needed, and there were plenty of blanket for snuggling. We had a blast and would consider making this our standard rental when we come back annually!

We went to Alex’s place for a ski weekend and it was amazing. Only a 3-5 minute drive from the ski resort which was super nice. The place was awesome, it had all the amenities you could want. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a getaway skiing or not this place won’t disappoint!

Great place right on the lake. We enjoyed the floating dock and provided kayaks. House comes stocked with plenty of games that are fun for the whole family. The beds were comfortable. We were there in August and it was a bit warm but we knew going in that there was no air conditioning. There is no WiFi but the cell service worked just fine. House is clean and comes with everything needed to enjoy a vacation. Meredith was great with communication. Thanks again!

The perfect place to stay for our family! We are from Western Washington & where over for my sisters wedding. The house was super spacious and comfy, with separate wings for each person to stay in! The house house has a fully stocked kitchen with all that you need, beds were super comfy & everything was clean! We would recommend to anyone & stay again for sure!

Kathy and Mike are the most wonderful hosts I've ever encountered. Our stay at their country hideaway was for more than a month. From day one, they were very accommodating. They gave us the rundown on any and everything we needed to know about the local area. My children were able to enjoy the experience due to there being ample amounts of yard space. They provided my children with toys that they could use outdoors. The house was cozy and very neat. Everything that we needed was easily accessible. I've stayed in multiple Airbnb homes in America and abroad. Best experience I've had yet! They most certainly surpassed my expectations in their generosity and hospitality. Their place is truly something special. I would definitely stay again. I didn't want to leave! You have to experience it yourself to truly understand.

Stayed for three days while visiting family in Metaline Falls. Very cute place with super comfy bed and futon. Easy check-in with clear instructions. Will definitely stay here again on my next visit and have already recommended it to other family in Spokane if they need to stay the night.

Jim and his family’s place was nothing short of amazing!!! The first hour we was there we seen a large herd of elk and turkeys. Will sure be back!!
