Gerardo’s flat is in an area which is full of restaurants bars and it feels safe The flat itself was clean had all that anyone may need Most importantly a big bottle of water in the fridge but apart from that tea, coffee some small nibbles which are very important when you arrive late The flat has two bedrooms and two bathrooms and a small veranda for breakfast. I loved the place and asked to book again but it was already booked Thank you for the hospitality

I lived in Las Condes for several years, so I know the area well and came well prepared. Apoquindo is nearby, so you can expect some street noise, but it's manageable. The apartment is beautifully designed, and there is almost nothing missing. Both the location and the apartment are highly recommendable!

Claudia's apartment is comfortable, functional and practical, especially because she does not use keys. It has a nice view and even though the window faces the street you can't hear noise. One hit the air conditioner. Unbeatable location and sector with all kinds of commerce. I was 3 nights and I always ask if I needed anything. I definitely recommend it and will be back

The most beautiful and comfortable loft we could have chosen in Santiago. It had everything you need to really make it a home on our trip. The hosts communicated with assertive data of both the listing and suggestions for things to do. 100% RECOMMENDED.

Great view from the private balcony. I loved starting and ending each day on that balcony. The concierges were all very nice. Having your own parking spaces in a parking garage so incredibly helpful. But sometimes we left our rental car and just walked since it's a very walkable part of town. Oh and the outdoors space, the lawn and pool, were also a highlight.

The stay at Ivan's apartment was excellent. Wonderful location, close to restaurants, metro, buses and at the same time very quiet and quiet. The apartment was very well equipped in both the linens and the kitchen. Surely we will recommend it to other people who want to get to know Santiago!

The apartment is as described and shown, it is small, just for 2 people, comfortable, a large and beautiful balcony that has a nice view of the city with some mountain range overlooking the buildings. It's a 12th floor. The host was always nice, luckily we didn't have to disturb her, her instructions were clear and accurate when entering and checking out. It is located near the metro, approximately 500 meters away, safe area, quiet pleasant to walk. I'd recommend this place

Everything was up to expectations, very comfortable and equipped apartment, with an amazing view. Roberto was attentive to any requirement. I would definitely go back!

The apartment is in a wonderful building with a fitness center, swimming pool, laundry, cinema and place to host friends. Absolutely has everything close by being in the center of the city. Host Pablo was very kind enough to let me check out later and was always willing to help.
