Very friendly and responsive host very clean place close drive to the beach.

We stayed for almost two weeks and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The brand new floors were a huge plus. Jackie was incredibly prompt and responsive to any of our concerns and questions. The screen room and backyard area was incredible and spacious: a fire pit, picnic table, and BBQ. One of our top Airbnb experiences ever.

Host was very kind, responsive, and attentive . The place is very charming and lovely, just as pictured. Quiet, peaceful and inside a nice neighborhood. 10 mins off of I-95 which was great for us to get to other places quick. The place had everything we needed. We would stay here again.

Meghan's home exceeded our expectations! The place was immaculately clean and tidy. Our kids absolutely loved the playroom, filled with great quality books and toys. We enjoyed the cozy atmosphere and welcoming environment. Taking walks around the neighborhood felt comfortable and safe, with friendly neighbors. The location is perfect, with plenty of fun activities and cool parks nearby for kids to explore. A few minor suggestions for improvement: the microwave, stove vent, and toilet paper holder are quite low, which might cause inconvenience for some guests. On the other hand, we appreciated the high-quality kitchenware, the adorable coffee bar setup, and the fantastic board game collection! 'Group Therapy' and 'Quake' were huge hits with our family. Meghan was an exceptional host, providing excellent communication and helpful answers to our questions. Thank you, Meghan, for sharing your beautiful home with us. We truly appreciate your hospitality!

One of the best AirBnb’s we have stayed at, and trust me, we have Airbnb’ed a lot. The place was immaculate, well appointed and squeaky clean. Loved how responsive the hosts were. We had a memorable stay. Highly recommend!

We had an awesome stay at Cynthia's property. The location is great. It's outside of Miami far enough where you don't have a crazy amount of traffic but close enough for a short to medium length drive to other destinations & attractions. The property is fantastic. it is well maintained, clean and very spacious (there were 4 in our party). The neighborhood is nice and feels very safe. We took many walks around the area. There is some traffic noise but by no means a deterrent for choosing this property. For us the pool is a highlight. It's a large pool & deck and the water is kept warm. Cynthia is a great host. She provided and responded to all communications very timely. Overall, I highly recommend this property.

Had a great work stay at Dalaia's home. Kitchen was great, got to do some laundry and overall experience was fantastic. Definitely recommend. Also Host responded to all questions in a very timely manner. Thank you!

We absolutely loved our stay at Donna's place—it truly felt like a home away from home! The cozy little patio was a lovely spot to sit and relax. The accommodation was very comfortable and perfectly suited for our group of ladies. The location was fantastic, with great restaurants just a minute or two away. The beach was about a seven-minute walk, and it was pristine and beautiful. The aqua-colored water was gorgeous, and there were plenty of chair and umbrella rentals available. While we didn’t take the loop bus right outside the door, it seemed to run regularly, making transportation easy. We did a day trip and they picked us up closeby at one of the hotels. Donna was an excellent communicator, always available for any questions or needs. John, who took care of the apartments, was also very kind and helpful. We had a wonderful time and would absolutely stay here again!!

we loved miami and the property was perfect for us , clean comfortable beds and had off road parking , very happy with our stay and the property . If i was to find criticism on the property then i would say , instructions on the heating would of helped but in all honesty we worked it out with the help of google , very happy and would stay again .

Perfect place for a getaway for two people. Clean, quiet, and Rosie & Jorge were very responsive and helpful. Also walkable to downtown and some local restaurants. Easy to Uber around as well. Would stay here again.

I had a beautiful experience here, it was so peaceful. Everything you need all in one stay towels, bath soap, utensils, microwave. The pool area is such a beautiful sight to see 😍 even more gorgeous at night. Walking distance to stores everything convenient. I highly recommend you to stay here if you truly want a peace of mind, I am already trying to plan for my next stay such beautiful people ! Thank you very much

We had a great stay for 5 days with a total of 4 people. The house was the perfect size and even better location. We did not have a car but that didn’t even matter because there are plenty of very affordable ubers in the area and lots of great food well within walking distance. With the house being in between the airport and the beach it made the location super convenient. Would 100% recommend this place to small groups looking to relax in a cozy place right by the beach. Dawn was also responsive every step of the way and gave us all the information we needed.

Marilyn was an excellent host. She was super responsive to any questions I had, and her messages were always detailed and informative. The apartment itself was clean and secure, and had a nice patio attached to one of the bedrooms that overlooked the canal. The location was great as well, as it was only a few minutes drive from Pompano Beach. I would not hesitate to book with Marilyn again!

Our stay at Eden by the Sea was perfect for a friends weekend. The beach and downtown Lauderdale-by-the-sea were a short 2 block walk. The place was clean, quiet, and comfortable. One of us slept on the pullout couch and was very comfortable. Having use of the beach chairs and beach towels were a bonus. We would definitely stay here again. Very convenient and safe. Thank you!

Lorena is the quintessential host! Her communication level is perfect. Additionally, she makes sure that everything is taken care of in the apartment. Great view from the apartment and very elegantly decorated. Also, has more amenities (appliances, linens, beach equip, etc) than one would expect. The furniture is very clean and comfortable. The apartment location is great with convenient access to the beach, pool, Publix and an amazing restaurant with great carry out, Patagonia. We will be back ! Thank you for crafting an amazing stay!

Lovely little place and a great value for the price, while being located near everything in the very upscale neighborhood of beautiful Key Biscayne. I was traveling solo and always felt safe out and about, even at night. The accommodations were cozy and clean with warm decorations and artwork. Comfortable bed, great shower. Big closet with plenty of linens. Nice ceiling fans with good A/C. Beach chairs, beach towels, umbrella, beach toys and books too. The private patio was relaxing and peaceful. The public beach and two grocery stores are within walking distance. There is a golf cart rental place also within walking distance and they are handy to rent for visiting the beautiful beaches, sunsets, and restaurants at the Bill Baggs Cape Florida State Park. Miami-Dade county offers great Ecoadventures and I enjoyed kayaking. Ginny is a very friendly and responsive host. Her communication is prompt and she works to accommodate you regarding anything you need. Highly recommend it!
