Holiday rentals with beach access in Pelican Key

If you’re having doubts about this place, doubt No More!! It is pure perfection!!!❤️❤️. Cathy assisted us with the check in and basically walked us through every thing she thought we needed for our stay! The views ..I cannot say enough about the beauty of this property ❤️❤️❤️. When we lifted the mechanical shade on the patio and saw how close we were to the ocean and waters and beach life, we knew we picked the right place! I had coffee every morning to the music of ocean waves. The beds and pillows were so comfy - I slept Wonderful! Grocery store close by and the kitchen had everything we needed to have meals and coffee l etc.. The pool was empty everyday - most go to beach, but it had gorgeous surroundings 😍 This place is gorgeous and we will be returning to the island and staying at this exact location ❤️❤️❤️

This was the most amazing place we've ever stayed at! Tibo was incredible, and even brought me a chair when he saw me laying on a towel in the sand. This was our 25th anniversary trip, and it could not have been more perfect! We felt right at home in Tibo's place! The location is exactly what you see in the pictures! In fact, everyone on the beach came up to see it. It was that beautiful! 12/10 recommend!!!!

Wonderful stay at Amy’s spice for life villa. Everything we needed was readily available. It was so nice being able to come home at night and throw on Netflix and relax just like at. Being close to two major beaches plus restaurants was very nice so you don’t need to rent a car but I highly recommend renting one so you can see the whole beautiful island. Just keep in mind the unit is right near bars so you will hear loud music until 2PM or later each night. If you are a light sleeper like we are, I highly suggest bringing a white noise machine to block out the city life if you go to bed early. (This has aspect is out of Amy’s control so I didn’t let it reflect the review of the place) Thank you Amy for being a wonderful host and offering a great experience to us!

We had a perfect stay at this place. The view is breathtaking and you’re literally on the beach. The place is quite roomy for 2. Very good restaurants and lolos within walking distance. We felt very safe. Renting a car is a good idea if you want to venture outside Grand Case which is well worth it. We spent some days a the beach in front of the condo but we also spent some days at Orient Bay beach is we found to be the best one on the island. The place was very comfortable. We only had A/C going in the bedroom at night as it’s very breezy when you open up the whole place. Will surely come back in the future. Absolutely no regrets.

Leda was very gracious and hospitable from start to finish. She lent us a few work out items and was always responsive to questions throughout the week we spent in her rental home. The unit itself is very well designed and built. The ceilings are high. Windows run wall to wall and floor to ceiling and can be shuttered for sun blocking (and security). I liked having the bedroom upstairs. It was spacious and the bed firm but comfortable. It wasn’t obvious to me from the listing but the bathroom is on the same level as the bedroom - which is appreciated in the middle of the night. I also appreciated how electrical plugs and lights were everywhere you’d want them. The location is ideal for watching the daily parade of tourists on the Boardwalk as it looks straight down it from one aspect. The other aspect (corner unit) looks into lush palm trees and the ocean beyond. Shopping is steps away. Bars and restaurants too. A real oasis.

This was my second time staying at Matthew’s place, and it was just as wonderful as the first! The home is always spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described. The location is perfect—close to all the main attractions and within walking distance to an amazing restaurant right by the beach. Matthew is an excellent host, super responsive and accommodating, making sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I will definitely be back again and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

We enjoyed this beautiful modern well maintained two level unit. It is one of the end units of a multi dwelling complex. The unit is conveniently located a very short distance (3 minute walk) to the beautiful orient bay beach and a new private double in-ground pool. The pool unfortunately had no chairs. A message to our host resulted in 4 chairs delivered to the unit. The bedrooms are large with one unit having a large balcony with a view of the beach . The unit is a short walk to restaurants, stores, bars and the night life of OB. Super safe area!! We had a great time and I give this my highest recommendation. I am looking forward to returning next year!! Have fun! You will love it!

Great place if you have a large group of people. The rooms are spacious and the outdoor kitchen and dining area is great for gatherings. Alain is responsive and will help with anything you need while staying at his place.

Had the privilege of staying at this beautiful home for 6 days to celebrate my 40th birthday. My Husband and I stayed at another location for a few days to celebrate our anniversary because we were already on the island Danielle was very accommodating and allowed us to check in early, which gave us time to prepare for our guests that would be joining us. There were 9 of us total 4 couples so the space was perfect. Danielle had some champagne, wine and fruit set up in the kitchen when we arrived which was very thoughtful. She gave us lots of recommendations and was very responsive during our stay. The home was clean and had everything you would need. I do suggest renting a car during your stay and downloading offline maps for St. Maarten before arriving, extremely helpful. The views are breathtaking I would absolutely stay here again already looking forward to our next stay.

Another great stay at Sea True Villa! Most awesome house in all of Maho area. Gorgeous and contemporary home with an amazing, infinity edge pool, overlooking the runways. We always feel perfectly at home here.

Our stay at this Airbnb in St. Martin was incredible! The place was exactly as described and looked just like the photos—beautiful, clean, and well-stocked with everything we needed. The hosts were fantastic—super responsive and even helped us coordinate in-house massages, which was such a treat. One of the highlights was the kayaks, which we highly recommend using to visit Pinel Island—an unforgettable experience! This rental truly exceeded our expectations, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again if we return to the island. Highly recommend!

INCREDIBLE PLACE TO STAY! Much larger than what the pictures show. Great space, quiet, clean and comfortable. Well equipped kitchen, great outdoor space, and comfy bedrooms (dark room if wanted and the AC made for great sleeping). Michelle was spot on with communication and worked with us on our arrival and grocery delivery service. She also suggested a wonderful chef - Chef Francis. He was amazing!! But the most impactful thing about this home/location was the views. The water is so beautiful and it was fun to watch the ships go in and out. We also walked down to Great Bay Beach - very manageable and nice to have that option. We hope to go back again someday - Would highly recommend this place!!

This is a very nice l place in a great location. Saint Martin Rentals is a professional rental company that does an exceptional job of informing you about how to get to the place and how to use all the appliances. In the negative side we would not use them again as we had a flight change which forced us to have to charge our rental dates. We were staying at 3 Airbnbs on our holiday. Two of the rentals were not managed by Saint Martin rentals and were extremely accommodating to date changes we needed to make. This change was made about 3 months prior to us arriving in St Martin. We couldn’t cancel because they have a very early cancelation penalty(half the rental amount) and were unwilling to move the dates. Totally beyond our and the rental companies control! We blame the airline for the problem but realize this could happen again so we will go with a non rental company that has a much later cancellation policy and is likely more flexible.

Staying at Joe’s place was by far the best decision for an airbnb in St. Maarten. Between a beautiful private beach off The Cliff, an awesome infinity pool, and wide patio with a view of- I couldve stayed there the whole time and been content with the trip. The near by restaurants, grocery stores and things to do less than a mile or so drive made everything so convenient. Will certainly be coming back!

Amazing view and perfect location for a week on the beach and within walking distance of plenty of things to do, places to eat, etc.

We loved staying with Leanne! She and Danielle accommodated our family at the last minute and everything was perfect. The place is beautiful, clean and comfortable, with everything you might need to for an amazing stay.

Had a wonderful stay at Jessica’s. Would love to come back. The place is exactly as the pictures and description show. Beautiful view of the ocean and less than 50 yards to the beach. We didn’t spend much time on Simpson Beach due to the winds but the location was very convenient for bouncing around across the island. Sylvia the property manager met us when we arrived, walked us through everything, and gave some local advice. She’s very sweet and was very responsive anytime we needed something. Thank you for having us!

This was my second trip to SXM, first time staying at the airbnb & I must say, I’d stay here over an all inclusive resort any day! The privacy and peace atmosphere is top tier! The bed & the rest of the furniture was super comfortable! The water pressure was great & the terrace was the icing on the cake. Being a little further out from the main strip was a plus imo. The beach was a quick 5min walk. I hope to visit SXM & will be sure to stay here again.
