Apartment holiday rentals in Pelham

To say this place is great is an understatement! Me and my fiance wanted to visit Birmingham to get married. We booked here and it was the cutest Airbnb! Everything was clean and to perfection! We loved the area it was in, you can hear the train and we actually found that peaceful. We would definitely visit again and if someone is thinking about visiting, please do! You will not regret it!! Thank y’all so much for letting us stay in your place, it made our marriage weekend so much better!!

Exactly as advertised, and even more appealing in person! Easy checkin and walkable to resturants, parking was easy as well. Quaint, clean and neat decorated beautifully to make you feel at home and made relaxing easy!!

This was the perfect location to explore Birmingham’s downtown or the suburbs. You are minutes from great restaurants and bars by walking or driving. The biggest pros were the location, safety, peacefulness, comfortable bed, relaxing space, and parking. The gated parking was easy to use and convenient, and there was ample street parking as well if you need it. The Mason Homes team sent great instructions for checking in and out. Since this was an international trip for us, a few amenities could have made it even better. However, we have no complaints. We also loved having a full-size washer and dryer in the unit. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and will try to book this property or one of the others the next time I visit Birmingham. I definitely recommend

Great place, in the same building as Zaza and across the street from paramount if you know downtown BHM. Very convenient location, and there IS parking included in a BPA lot associated with the building. Lovely spot and very nice apartment for anyone wanting to hang in downtown Birmingham!

Very historic building. Loved it. Emmanuel did a job communicating. The unit was everything listed. Easy driving distance to my event was icing on the cake.

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment looked exactly as it was shown in the photos. Thankfully we did not have to reach out to our host as everything we needed was in the apartment and easy to find. We were looking forward to going up to the roof top lounge, but sadly didn't get to due to the lack of time. We would definitely recommend it to a couple for an anniversary, birthday, or a getaway weekend.

Susan was very helpful and responsive. Location was fine; we only heard trains once or twice during our stay, and they did not disrupt our sleep. The place looks exactly like the photos; I would stay again if available.

Absolutely love this place! It was the second time I stayed if that says anything :) If I could change one thing, it would be the sliding glass door. It’s a beast to open….after 2 weeks of in and out, my shoulder is paying the price. Other than that, this place is incredible!! 10/10

Stayed here with a friend to attend a concert from out of state. Pinky’s place was just the place to stay! The bed was comfy and everything clean. Accurate to the photos. The amenities made our time comfortable while we were away from home. We both felt safe in the area. Thankful we found this place!

This is an apartment in a beautiful house in a beautiful neighborhood. The area is very quiet. Despite being a basement apartment I rarely heard footsteps upstairs, and when I did it wasn’t loud or obtrusive. The host was friendly , and the instructions for the room were clear and helpful. The washing machine was clean and worked well. Note that the only window is the frosted one in the door, so if you need windows then this may not be your best option. I’d stay here again.

This was an amazing place to stay. We were there for a track meet at the Crossplex. I think it took a whole minute to get there by car maybe less. The description was on point, communication was excellent, comfortable beds, comforters that made you snuggle up and pass out. Host made sure we were always ok and was available to answer questions. WiFi was great, quick hot water, electronic locks, plenty of parking, old quiet neighborhood, and plenty of places to eat nearby. We will 100% be staying here or one of his other places next time we come to Alabama. The hospitality was like having a personal concierge service. A+

Kim and Kelly were wonderfully responsive to all my silly requests. They were proactive with questions, making sure we had everything we needed, which we did! i especially loved all the space in the bathroom. I'm not a very light packer, so it was perfect! The hot water ran out really quickly though, which is a shame because the water pressure is so awesome! And you can hear the neighbors really well, but they were all very nice! Overall, we very much enjoyed our time in Kim's place. I would recommend them to anyone!

I have stayed at Eden Brae at least 6 times with my husband and son. Sometimes we have brought my golden doodle. We stay here for the uniqueness and location. We visit Children's of Alabama for my sons doctors appointments and it's 10-12 minutes from there. Very convenient and plenty of restaurants within 10 minutes. The home is in a safe location and I haven't had an issue hearing people in the other units. I recommend staying here at least once. Each unit is laid out different and I have my favorite. We plan to be back in four months. Thank you, Emma, for the consistency of our stays.

Rebecca was great to work with and I love the feeling of being in a home rather than a hotel. The shower was GREAT! Would definitely recommend this to friends when they visit B’ham!

Beautiful, clean, safe apartment. Safe walkable neighborhood. Host responded to questions in a timely manner and I was able to book immediately. I will definitely be staying here again.

Stephanie's place was amazing for the two days we were there! we had a great time. felt right at home and it was very peaceful. the bed is comfortable, the TV and fireplace were a nice touch on the cold nights, and we had everything we needed. 10/10 would recommend and stay again. :)

Suzy was a fantastic host. She was very quick with all communication- allowing me to add a person to my reservation late notice and check in early which I really appreciated. Her place was very clean, and centrally located where I needed to be. When there was an issue with the apartment building that affected me- she quickly offered another of her units for me to move to and was very responsive. Her apartment has everything you need and is very tidy. The lockbox holding the key was a bit finicky and I think a keypad lock would be easier but it wasn’t a big deal. There are many comments about the smell, but it’s an old building and you get used to it. Suzy had plenty of glade plugins to help with that. I would stay with Suzy again, thank you.
