The Villa is well comfortable, I really like the area, very nice, large, clean pool. I would gladly return but a recommendation would be that the door that is between Villa B1 and B2 will seal it with block because everything is heard and it does not give privatized you could hear the music well loud from the other villa, that they have utensils for the 4 people and specify that to use the grill they must carry carbon because it is not gas. They are only details but I really like it for a full family who can rent the 4 villas would be a success. I recommend them.

Moraima and her husband are a great couple that went beyond our expectations. The location is a perfect get away with a beautiful terrace and even better swimming pool. Thank you both!!

This apt has a vintage look and the area is very serene and relaxing. The building is kept nicely clean and has functioning elevators. The apartment is on the 3rd floor and has a lovely balcony with a very nice view. There is a grill and small table great for an outdoor dinner or just to sit and enjoy the outdoors. Was able to see a beautiful sunset despite the clouds. Full kitchen and large living room with a smart TV. The bed in the master bedroom is very comfortable. The bldg has a beautiful pool which we also enjoyed on the hot days. Overall the place is in a great location, close to many restaurants and beaches. Would definitely stay here again.

We were a group of 14 and we had a great time, everything was very clean, well spacious and fully equipped. Excellent to go with the whole family.

Great location for Joyuda!

My family and I had a great time at John's and Joan's place. The location was close to many great places to eat, like La Vaca, which had AMAZING burgers. Also, Boqueron beach was literally a two minute walk. Unfortunately, due to the weather we spent most nights indoors but we are so greatful that John' & Joan' place had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. Super clean, nice linens, quality hand soap, cool AC, etc. They even provided beach chairs and towels. Not only would I recommend but I would dedinitely stay here again. The only issue we had was with parking. It was a tight fit but that's not the host' fault. Even so, at least we had a private parking spot because on the weekends parking in the area can get crazy. Thank you, John & Joan for sharing your beautiful home with us. We appreciate all the small touches that made us feel right at home. 🇵🇷

It wasn't the first time, very good stay. You have to change some things in the house that do not work well, but the pool is large and clean.

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The house was well-equipped with everything we needed, including beach gear, a grill, and an amazing pool that made our trip even more enjoyable. The host was incredibly communicative and made sure we had a seamless experience. The only thing to note is that the property is on a main road, so traffic noise can be noticeable, especially on Friday through Sunday nights. However, it didn’t take away from how great the stay was overall. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

We had a great few days as a family, enjoying the arrival of New Year 2025. The property has everything, for the little ones and for the older ones. Our pets also had a great few days, in the immense patio that the property has. We will definitely be back again in some future.

The place was even better than described, the place was close to everything from restaurants, gas stations and convenience stores. Kenny was a great host and kept an open line of communication. The place was easy to find and easy to check in. My kids loved it, we will definitely be back soon.

Great location with easy access to private beach and clean pool. Walking distance for several restaurants and a short drive to many others. Beautiful sunset views! Beach chairs and an umbrella were very helpful since we couldn’t bring those on the plane.

This was a great place to stay in Rincon! Right across from the beach and driving distance to the best surf spots. The apartment was great for the four of us, and it was in a safe and secure complex. Beautiful artwork and beach aesthetic

Absolutely loved this rental! Gorgeous views, clean and comfortable, a good amount of kitchen equipment and a grill in the public area. The walk down through the woods to beach is lovely and the neighbors were kind and respectful. I will say, if stairs are difficult for you, this may not be the rental for you. The host is helpful, kind and communicative. We will be back!

The apt was very clean, probably the cleanest Airbnb I have seen so far. The location is just wonderful, and very private. The place had all we could need, we particularly liked that the fridge and the microwave are top notch (compared to many places that have appliances from previous decades). I absolutely loved the fridge's ice-maker, because you can hit the beach with a small cooler (10 quaters = 6 to 8 cans) without having to buy ice. Lionel is very responsive and texted back within minutes to answer our questions. Great place, totally worth the price.
