Wonderful house by the seaside, with a beautiful view, sourrounded by woods, perfectly equipped and with a warmful owner! A gem retreat, with all modern comfort, a great wood-heated outdoor bath, sauna, incredible sea views, what else ?…

The house matches the listing, has everything you need in the kitchen, wonderful sauna, grill, dishwasher, everything to make it feel like home, we also had a dog with us who felt right at home there

Very close to Tallin's bus station (about 200 meters). New building (I guess this is an apart-hotel), modern elevators, code entrance to the building. Apartments are very good-looking, clean, warm and contain everything you may need - oven, microoven, dishwasher, fridge, washing machine, TV etc. Good non-cheap furniture in the bathroom. The only minus - bathroom doesn't have an underfloor heating and any fan (or I couldn't find how to enable them). Also, when you take a shower - some shower splashes fall at washing machine. Not critical at all but strange. Owner was polite and have very clear instructions about check-in details. I could recommend those apartments.

Peaceful place and even if 2nd property is occupied it’s very private. Absolute recommendation.

I booked Mariio’s apartment for almost a month, and my primary concern was whether it would be warm enough due to the cold weather in Tallinn during winter. To my delight, the apartment exceeded my expectations, especially the fireplace, which I enjoyed immensely. The heated floor made a significant difference during the coldest days. Additionally, the apartment was clean, tidy, and free from disturbances. It was well-equipped with essentials such as laundry detergents, trash bags, food containers and whatnot. The convenience of a washing machine with a built-in dryer was a time-saver. Mariio proved to be an excellent host—responsive and friendly. My winter holidays were truly enjoyable, and I would rate Mariio’s place 10 out of 10 for being child-friendly, homey, warm, well-equipped, and in a great location.
