An authentic Marfa experience! Our family of 8 (ages 25 to 87) rented the entire property and loved every moment. Each room had its own unique personality, echoing the Marfa/Donald Judd style. The #5 was perfect for shared meals, with high-quality cookware, an induction stove, and a Vitamix – everything needed for memorable family dinners around the outdoor fireplace. The courtyard became our favorite spot to paint, read, and relax. We enjoyed the sauna, cold plunge, and the outdoor tub. Thoughtful touches like wool blankets, art books, and stylish tableware made the stay feel luxurious. The Sentinel coffee shop is just down the street, and the roaring train adds to the charm. A beautiful and peaceful place to gather – we highly recommend it!

Jessica was able to accommodate us last minute and we couldn’t have asked for a better stay. The apartment felt like a mini oasis- we will definitely be coming back and recommending our friends here.

Amazing!! Location, location, location. The attention to detail from the bed tray with ear plugs, chocolates, and a place to write your thoughts, to the different sets of towels for showers and the sauna were so nice. We booked one night very last minute after leaving our Big Bend National Park hiking stay, and wished we could have stayed a few more nights. We enjoyed the auto shop so much, that we cancelled our dinner reservations and opted for a pizza to go, so that we could enjoy the awesomeness of every detail about the MOTEL.

Very beautiful place to stay. My daughters enjoyed swinging on the hammocks outside! Walkable to local shops and restaurants.

We loved our stay in the Bosque Bonito apartment at Marfa House. It was bright, exceptionally clean, comfortable, and very spacious. In addition, it is beautifully decorated with original art and nice touches throughout. We could have stayed for much longer and would have felt right at home. The place is located right in the heart of Marfa, close to just about everything, even if you're walking. Plus, Marfa is generally very safe, so we never had any concerns about walking in the area. We would definitely stay there again!
