I think the location is a big advantage. 1. The train station is a 6-minute walk away without a car around the tourist attractions. 2. While the main towns in the Giant Mountains are sometimes corked, you can freely move around the neighborhoods such as Świeradów, Jelenia Góra, Jizera Mountains, the Giant Mountains, the Giant Mountains, Jakuszyce without being stuck in traffic jams. 3. it is a small but independent apartment, in a quiet part of the city. Under the block there is public parking.

Z kubkiem kawy witasz dzień, na przestronnym tarasie, zawieszonym nad trawami jak tratwa na morzu. Podczas deszczu siadasz przy oknie z widokiem na "Śnieżkę". W zimowe wieczory rozpalasz w kominku, w letnie zasiadasz przy ogniu w towarzystwie świetlików i świerszczy. Nuda? Być może. Ale uwaga, ta nuda sprawia, że nie chce się od nas wyjeżdżać!

Golden View Villa - Great place for vacations

Beautiful & Atmosphere villa, perfect place for perfect vacation !!! we kept the original interior design of the villa from the time of the German farmer (Helmut Binner) who built the house in the 30s of last century. The villa is surrounded by a large garden that blooms most of the year. Inside the villa, the predominant raw material is wood and stone. Each room has an original and unique heater. EVERY ONE (adult, child or pet) must pay per night, minimum 4 guests.

Our very comfy and well designed apartment is located in a newly finished property made up to high standards. Apartment is located on the third upper floor with no elevator, pls. Property itself is located in very quite area although in a very attractive part of this popular mountains and ski resorts of Spindleruv Mlyn. It is just a 30 metres walk away from the cablecar and ski resort of Labska as well as a few steps away from the Labska Lake.
