Super nice apartment, very close to the lake and the main street. Only beware that the garage entrance is a little tight so better if u are driving a small car. For.the rest, a very responsive and nice host.

My recent stay at this Airbnb near Hotel Atitlán was pleasant. The proximity to the hotel was convenient, and I especially appreciated the pet-friendly policy that allowed me to stay with my pets without inconvenience. The house is well equipped, offering all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. Communication with Richard was excellent; he was always attentive and responded quickly to all my questions, which facilitated the experience. Also, when my puppy had an allergic reaction, Richard quickly provided information from local veterinarians, which was a great help and relief at the time.

Clean, friendly small hotel with great personalized breakfast. Clear view of the volcano from our bed! This is out of the center so car, Tuk Tuk or Uber is needed

A little peace of heaven on earth. We stayed for two nights. Everything was perfect about this place--private location, amenities, peaceful surroundings, wifi + access to streaming services. Jose Pablo and his assistants were very kind and ready to help us with anything we needed. As others have stated, the pictures do not do this place justice. If you're in between options, choose THIS ONE. It's quite special. I recommend leaving the bedroom windows slightly open with the lighter curtains securely closed for a wonderful breeze, given that there is no AC. The sound of the waves is a great touch for sleeping. My partner and I drove from Guatemala City to this location which also has private parking. The drive there was spectacular.

Incredible place!! Most beautiful view of anywhere I’ve ever stayed.. lovely little (mostly) private beach, quiet, amazing sunset views, really nice and comfortable little house. Kitchen is fully stocked with spices teas etc, and the two paddle boards were great (even for 3 of us). Easy to get a five minute tuk tuk to Panajachel, just by flagging one down on the street. Only problem was the hot water, wasn’t working until they came to fix it (immediately when we asked late at night!), then jumped around from frigid to scalding hot (fixable I’m sure).

Beautiful little cabaña with all the essentials. Comfortable bed, beautiful gardens and incredible lake view! The staff were friendly and helpful. The road down to the property is not for the faint of heart - walking back uphill to the road is a great calf workout!
