Beach condo holiday rentals in Pattaya City

My wife and I recently stayed 3 weeks at Matjaz’s apartment. Our stay from check in to check out was enjoyable. Matjaz is a wonderful host, and is both helpful and personable. The apartment contains all of the amenities needed for both a short or long term stay and is located near to restaurants, markets, the beach, etc. we enjoyed our stay and recommend the apartment highly.

Had a great stay and would stay again. Everything as profile described. Never needed to talk with host because everything was as it should have been. !0 minute baht bus ride from Walking street. Condo was 50% cheaper than my buddy's staying 40 yards away. lol. Plus condo had restaurant by the pool with beach view that we breakfast at every morning.

An amazing stay in the perfect location! The apartment exceeded our expectations—it looks much better in person than in the photos. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The best surprise was the powerful air conditioner, which wasn’t mentioned in the listing but made our stay incredibly comfortable, especially in the hot weather. Orada was a fantastic host—very friendly, responsive, and helpful with everything we needed. The location is unbeatable—you can walk directly to the beach as soon as you step out of the facility, making it incredibly convenient for a relaxing seaside stay. Considering how expensive Pattaya is getting, this place is excellent value for money. Close to everything yet peaceful, it’s truly a hidden gem. I highly recommend it and would definitely stay here again.

Very nice Condo and building. Pictures and descriptions were accurate. Unit was well equipped and host responded quickly to my questions. Great value!

The host was very forthcoming and staff were very helpful. The flat was clean and somewhat similar to the photos. But the flat needs some updates, as the wear and tears are now showing. The private beach is nice.

Great location, close to the beach, without the traffic of being right on the beach. The pool is huge and well maintained. Lots of restaurants nearby and two good grocery stores within a 5 minute walk if you want to get snacks or cook for yourself. There's also a pretty well stocked convenience store right in the building. The apartment is well furnished and quite roomy for a couple. The kitchen is decently equipped. The bed is large and firm, but comfortable. There are two balconies with a lovely sunset view.

This place is big bigger than I expected. Amazing views great location his and her bed his in her bathroom very clean. The host is responsive and helpful. The condo itself is a very nice place. The swimming pool is amazing. A close walk to anything downstairs. Does a restaurant Thai/American food very cheap. The house is fully stocked with everything you need fridge full of ice cold water, complementary snacks big flatscreen TV when you don't wanna go outside very quiet part of jomtien beach the security at the front near the beach side of the street is very nice and very helpful overall, with my experience with this place was great and I will be renting again in the future The owner is responsive. I think anyone who rents the spot will be satisfied.

The location was excellent.　 It was close to the sea, moderate from the center, and there were many cheap and delicious shops. It was nice that the host's explanation was polite and quick. I'd love to stay here again.

Great place in great location. The palm is a lovely property on Wongamat beach (North of Pattaya) with direct access to the beach and great pool and amenities. This condo has a nice view and all the amenities needed. Definitely recommend it to others. There are a couple of restaurants down the road for breakfast and lunch, and there are a couple of family marts (convenience stores) just across the road. If you want to get into the city center, you will need a taxi or car - download the Grab app or get a taxi outside about 300m from the condo. The taxis don't run on meters in Pattaya, so getting a Grab is sometimes more convenient and cheaper.

Jarvis is a great host. The actual room was immaculate. It had plenty of utensils, plates cutlery etc. More than most places provide! He responded very quickly towards any questions I had. One thing to note is the walls can be thin, so there isn't great soundproofing. I was hearing noises from neighbors but it was NOTHING to do with Jarvis' rental. I understand he has no control over who stays in the rooms nearby! Other than that, couldn't recommend this price any higher 🙏🏽

We had a great stay! The apartment is clean, spacious, and comfortable, located on a quiet street in a good area. It’s well-equipped, with a cozy atmosphere and a comfortable bed. Convenient location, easy check-in, and great communication with the host. Highly recommend!

it was so near to beach and we were getting tuk tuk to go to walking street per person 10Bhat and while coming also we got tuk tuk after getting down it was walkable distance.the room was tidy and hygiene.loved the place .I recommend for people who loves to stay near beach.

Really, Great place. Great Host. Amazed with their top notch checkin and checkout Experience. One of the Best pools in the city. What we looked on the photo was actually there.

Won is a fantastic host. He is so helpful and always available with his phone. The place is super cosy and has the best view in the base condo. I would recommend!

Great location- walkable and proximate without any nighttime noise. Rooftop pool and gym were great amenities and added value. Clean and fully functional room. Easy to procure garage parking for a rented motorbike. Only con was internet speeds and required periodic login. Not an issue for casual use, but would be problematic for streaming or remote work.

I had an amazing stay! The place looks exactly like the photos—beautiful, clean, and very well-maintained. The host was super responsive and helpful throughout. I also really appreciated how safe and secure the property felt. And that pool—so big and perfect for relaxing! Would definitely recommend and love to stay again.

Young is very good host. He met us personally and took to the apartment. All the time he was online and answering all our questions. The location of the apartment is perfect, close to main road and shopping centre. The apartment is nice and clean.

Nuo was great. We arrived an hour earlier than planned, no problem, Nuo was there in 10mins to give us the keys and show us in. The TV was broken, no problem, Nuo went out and bought and installed a new one within a couple of hours. Great host, thank you Nuo.
