The condo was clean and modern. There was everything you could imagine you would need. Every switch is labeled. The towels were the best part. They were of high quality. And plenty of them. The HVAC was great. The condo felt like home from the moment we stepped inside. The only issue was communication about the code. They do not communicate over Airbnb. They will give this only to your email, which I did not know. You need to insure you have all of the info you need at least a day or two before you go.

What a blast! This is the second time I've facilitated a group trip to Kristie's place for a weekend of pickleball, food, and laughter. I'm already planning the next one! The house and other buildings are well-equipped and well-kept and provided everything we needed to fully enjoy our time together, including a gorgeous view of the lake from the dining table we gathered around. Absolutely recommend.

If you're looking for views from heaven this is the place! Its breathtaking. Spacious, quiet, and picturesque. House is nestled between neighbors and you'd never know. Wildlife and wilderness meets quaint neighborhood... but at a golf resort. Only downfall is if you dont get groceries prior to arrival,you're out of luck during winter since your on the top of the mountain. Its about 20 to 30min down either direction for them (I shopped on the way in). Things to do are also sparse at this time of year. But, that wasn't the point for our trip, it was to "disappear" for a few days. Bryan was an awesome host. He kept intouch throughout the entire process. I had to make adjustments to my initial occupancy number and cut our trip short a day due to weather related precautions. He was accommodating for each request. Couldn't have had a better host. He invited us back and also made us aware he had other properties on the same resort. All around pleasant and helpful. We will definitely be back!

Enjoyed our stay in this lovely house. Tasteful decor, comfortable furniture and a well stocked kitchen made it feel like home. We loved the historic feel with the modern updates. We have family in Rockingham County and this was definitely our favorite stay in the area. We loved everything it had to offer, especially the large kitchen that had all I needed to cook, the massive dining room table that allowed me room to work remote for a bit, and the luxury of relaxing in the hot tub to wind down for an evening.

We had a fantastic stay, visiting family at Christmas! We all enjoyed the arcade games, pinball, air hockey, and foosball. The kids enjoyed staying together in the bunk bed room. We had everything we needed to cook, and plenty of blankets and towels. I love that there is a huge dining room table in the same space as the living room, as well as a large table in the game room, which allows for two separate gathering and eating spaces. The game room has a door that can close it off for privacy if anyone stays on the couch bed in there. FYI - If you have anyone with mobility issues, be aware that the ground floor has one step down into the downstairs bedroom, full bathroom, and game room. You can enter the game room without steps, and there is a half bath there, but there is a step up to get to the kitchen, living room and rest of the house. It would not be wheelchair accessible. The owner does mention this in the safety & property section. We would definitely stay here again!

This house was wonderful! We went wanting a relaxing mountain getaway and that’s exactly what we got! Speaking as someone who’s 6 months pregnant the house was so comfortable, the beds, sheets, and pillows were the best! No house issues the entire stay. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful with beautiful views. There was plenty of space for everyone ( 3 couples) and I love how each room has its own bathroom space. The kitchen is fully equipped/ functional which we used for several meals during our stay. We enjoyed the board and card games the host provided each night. While we didn’t eat out locally, we did travel to Mayberry for the day and had a great experience. Definitely recommend staying here!!

Vanessa’s place exceeded our expectations and Vanessa was super accommodating! We loved the beautiful views and close proximity to the water and the restaurant. We would definitely stay here again!

Cozy little place for our family to to get together for thanksgiving. Everything was super clean and organized. Regina was very nice and super helpful with instructions.

If you are looking for a location to detach from the city life and become one with nature this is definitely the place for you. It is a ways down from the main highway but a beautiful ride to get to the location. Surrounded by farms and wood. Also don't get intimidated by the cell service because there absolutely "NONE" until you connect tobthe wifi. Once you do that you are good to go. All in all this place gets 10 out of 10 stars from me.

This home was SPECTACULAR! It was large, clean, well appointed, and every square inch was comfy cozy. We could not have asked for a better place to spend time with our four generations of family! The view from the two porches was out of this world! Mountain vistas for miles! Privacy galore and quiet surroundings. There was plenty of space inside to spread out and enjoy our time together. Plus, so many board games, fooze ball, air hockey and tons of other games to pass the time. The beds were super comfortable, as was all of the furniture. Plus, books to read, if you wished to do so. Mount Airy was close by with lots to do and explore. I would recommend this home to anyone who wants to make memories that will last a lifetime!

Tracey's "Foxy Loxy" is a well maintained comfortable house to stay at. Moments away from the Meadows of Dan proper where all basic necessities can be obtained. Plenty of opportunities to explore the remote beauty of the area, vistas can be quite breathtaking. Tracey is a wonderful hostess and very responsive to any inquires, she also is nearby and is able to respond to anything regarding the house, if necessary ! Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Foxy Loxy

It is a wonderful place with amazing surroundings. The inside of the house is also very well maintained, feels right at home, and has a lot of space inside.

Absolutely perfect stay at Amy's beautiful home nestled in the mountains of Virginia. If you're looking for a place that is peaceful, serene, and CLEAN then this is the place for you. HUGE thank you to Amy, what an amazing host. Your attention to detail, clean linens, comfortable beds, and overall effort put into this property did not go unnoticed. And one more thanks for accommodating our late check out as well, we made memories here that will last a lifetime and we will certainly be back again! I would give it 10 stars if I could!!

This is a place to go to when you want to take in the view and just unwind. It is comfortable, well-furnished, good beds, well appointed kitchen, and very well-heated...which matters when it gets cold in the mountains! we would stay again!

We had a great stay! Laura’s Airbnb Felt like grandmas house as soon as we walked In! It was a cozy and delightful stay. Neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. Beds were comfortable. We had a wonderful time exploring nearby city’s and enjoying the wilderness!

Had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Mount Airy! The space was spotless, with a seamless check-in and check-out process. The highlight was the beautiful view of the golf course, providing a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a quiet, comfortable getaway!
