We really enjoyed the "winter version" of Gianni's house! Giannis has also put a few carpets on the (very nice) terrazzo floor, which is definitely great for your feet, and in addition to the air conditioner, which can also heat, there are also mobile heaters. Overall, the house and especially the kitchen is equipped with everything you need. The house is great. A truly unique view! We also found the neighborhood very pleasant. Giannis is great, he had super many tips for and, and communication was easy and fast. When we come back to Athens we will book the house again. Thanks for a great stay!

The house has an *amazing* view and terrace to view it, so if that's the one and only thing to book this apartment, do it! Konstantinos/Polytimi is a great host and communicative, and made us feel really comfortable. He also provided us with fruits, juice, coffee and milk, which was really thoughtful. Location is perfect, with great food options in the Monastiraki area, the station is less than 10 minutes walk away.

The apartment is lovely, clean, well appointed, as described in the listing, and well located, but yes, the roof deck is fantastic! There is a view of the Acropolis from the roof deck. Our check in was easy and flexible. The location is so close to everything, but relatively quiet at night. There was some noise at night, but it usually subsided by 10:30 pm. It is close to the subway and so many of the local attractions. We could just pop back into the apartment for water, a rest, a bathroom break, whatever, while we explored the city. Tons of restaurants just a short walk away. We would definitely rent this apartment again if we return to Athens.

Naya and her mother are very welcoming, helpful and accomodating. The appartment is well situated, close to a bus line and it is easy to park in the vicinity. Would definitely recommend.

Location was key for us and this property didn’t disappoint. We were minutes away from the Acropolis ( in fact my son visited every morning) as well as some beautiful little restaurants to the left and some more touristy ones to the right. No need to hire a car as you can do everything by foot. The beds were super comfy and beautifully clean as was the rest of the apartment. It was super quirky with a glassed courtyard in the centre- a beautiful design. Evelyn was so quick to respond to our questions and sorted out both transfers for us. We can’t recommend this apartment enough- a perfect find!!!

This home matches the photos. Very nice, functional. The 2 bathrooms are a real plus when there are 5 of us. Near the metro dafni which is 4 stations from the acropolis and the center. Given the metro price for the 5-day map €8, this location is perfect. A 2-block supermarket. Very quiet neighborhood, no noise. We recommend it and we had a great week.

I recently stayed at this apartment and had an amazing experience! George's communication was excellent from start to finish, and he warmly greeted us upon arrival. George even organised a lovely birthday surprise for my fiancé, decorating the apartment with balloons—such a thoughtful touch! The apartment was clean, beautifully decorated, and the views were absolutely stunning, definitely the highlight of our stay. The area was lively, adding a fun vibe, and we were close to Athens’ landmarks, with easy taxi access. George's local recommendations for shops and restaurants were perfect, and the huge balcony and pool were great for relaxing. I highly recommend this apartment! We stayed at Konstantinos place just for 2 days so couldn’t really make the most of it. The house is very big and our kids loved playing around. Konstantinos is very friendly and always responsive! The house it self offers alot, only some issues with maintenance as some parts of it are a bit old or need replacing. Overall a great house and a great host! Thank you!

This airbnb was everything we needed and the host Maria was wonderful! She was very friendly and helped at all times of the day. The place looks just like on the photos, it’s very clean and have lots of storage despite being small. Neibourhood is very quiet and everything you need is close enough. Host is very lovely man, will help you with whatever you need.

Maria was the kindest host I have ever met . Genuine, professional and very generous . The f lat is cosy , feels like home and the location is perfect for exploring Athens on foot. This is the property I would return to year after year . Even the beds are comfortable which is a first for us . Thank you Maria , thanks to you we had the best ever trip to Athens .

We stayed at Mary's place for a full week. We appreciated the proximity to the local amenities. We had 2 young children under the age of 2 years old and we were within a few minutes walking distance to two parks that they enjoyed playing at. The home is situated on a quiet street and we appreciated the gated front entrance. This home is suitable for a family of 4. Beds were comfortable and there was ample living space for everyone. We appreciated the air conditioning in all the rooms. There is a great balcony situated off of the dining room area and it was nice to have a place to sit outside. We would definitely stay here again.

Incredible stay in the heart of Plaka! We had some trouble finding the location but we didn’t mind roaming the alleys of Plaka. The upstairs terrace was picturesque and stunning views of the city. Antonis was beyond helpful with information and provided everything we could need. Walking distance to EVERYTHING!
