New building, new apartment, smartly decorated. It is alittle smaller than we thought. On the description; the apartment capacity is mentioned as max 4 person. I think it can only accomodate 3 adults. Overall, nice neighborhood, walking distance to the center. Free parking and safe. Recommended.

Konstantinos was a great host, very kind and friendly. He also replies very quickly, which helps not to worry about anything. We even had a small problem our last day, and he was accommodating and understanding.

I went there with my grandparents and we had an amazing time. We even went fishing with the host and he prepared dinner for us one night that he cooked which was incredibly delicious. It’s location is perfect for people who want to relax a bit outside of the city, however it’s not far to go to the city of Alexandrupolis. There is also a few restaurants in walking distance of the place. My favourite part was the beach that is super close and it’s just you there which is very relaxing. I can definitely recommend the place and would come again!

An Unforgettable Stay! I cannot recommend this stay enough! Maria was absolutely fantastic! Welcoming, responsive, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. The apartment itself was perfect in every way, with a stunning view that was truly a treat to wake up to each morning. The location? Spot on! Everything we needed was within walking distance, making it incredibly convenient to explore the area without the hassle of transportation. If you're considering booking, don't hesitate. You won't regret it. I will definitely visit again!

Everything was great. The neighborhood is a very calm, fully relaxing place. The houses are new and spotless. We did not go anywhere else directly and spotlessly clean at the bottom of the sea. The kitchen has everything needed to cook with everything needed to cook. Georgi and her family were very hospitable, thank you again for everything from here. They patiently answered all our questions and gave us local advice (which was great too) We were extremely pleased with every place we went to) We never thought we would feel so at home, but we didn't want to leave. If possible, we would definitely extend our vacation and spend more time. Families with small children are very convenient. As I said above, it is a quieter and relaxing place, but it was also very easy for us to get to more lively places by car. It's a great place full of clean, decent, and friendly people that you can choose without blinking.

Everything was perfect.

We had an amazing week ! Everything was perfect for us! We had everything we needed in the kitchen. The livingroom is big, the AC was working really well and the fact that the bedrooms didn't have windows was actually great, cuz the weather was really hot and in the house the temperature was perfect for sleeping. The garden is very well maintained, with hammocks and places for barbeque. The owners were really friendly, they welcomed us and explained everything we needed to know and they helped us anytime we asked something. They put at our disposal chairs and umbrellas for the beach. The path to the sea is a 3 minute walk, surrounded by olive trees and their smell. Actually the place looks much much better than in the photos! Thank you for everything!

Free parking is impossible to find, but close to the apartment there is paid parking for 10€/night. You're straight to the center of the city and location is perfect for evening walking and dinner outside.

Our stay was absolutely perfect! The location was ideal, making everything easily accessible. The cleanliness of the property was impeccable, creating a truly relaxing atmosphere. To top it all off, we were greeted with a gifted bottle of wine, which was such a thoughtful touch. And the breakfast? Beyond perfect and beautifully presented. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a memorable stay!

We checked into a very clean house. She had thought of everything for us and placed it in the house. She was very quick to respond to all the questions. It allowed us to have a very nice holiday ☺️
