We had a very pleasant weekend with friends! The house is both spacious and friendly, and the surroundings are very quiet There are many activities about half an hour from the house The welcome is perfect, thanks again to our hosts!

Maryse was really welcoming and gave great details of everything in the house! the place looks better than in the photos and it has a super nice, cosy feel. as we were 3 adults with a dog that was not able to climb stairs due to injury, my husband and I slept upstairs on the couches instead which were warm and comfortable. Maryse was a fantastic host!

Perfect stay at Nathalie's. Ras. What happiness! Rustic and cozy fully equipped house with a huge kitchen and wood burning stove that makes all the difference. Very hard for us to get out of the couch and repackage our books to get back to Paris. Nathalie is more than charming, she is a great host who is concerned about your comfort. Jerry the cat will live in your bed as if he knew you forever. Amazing walk to do to the False Arthour even in gray weather. Great value for money. We'll be back!

The holiday was just what we needed. It's a place where you can really relax! Very rustic and rural but with supermarkets a 10 minutes drive away. We were a family of 5 adults and 2 children and the bedrooms were just right. The attic rooms do have low doors, I might have hit my head more than once but I am quite clumsy. The kitchen is particularly well equipped with everything you need. Jennifer is a lovely host, although she lives next door and can often be seen gardening is not obtrusive but very chatty should you want. We thoroughly enjoyed feeding the sheep, chickens, rabbit and horse. The pool is a great size, not too deep which meant our 8 year old could stand up. It's not heated but we braved it! It's a lovely location where you can venture out but could happily stay at home and explore the grounds. It's wonderful at night, with no light pollution you can see stars very clearly and we enjoyed watching bats and spotting glow worms! Thanks for a lovely week

Debbie & Guy are absolutely adorable. Sounds like they've thought of everything to welcome you as best they can. Many activities are available: pétanque, mini golf, foosball and of course swimming pool. La Grande Chimée is a very quiet and warm place 1 hour from Mont Saint-Michel. In short, I highly recommend it!!! 👍❤️😊

The amenities and location of this place perfectly matched our search: relaxation! The Jacuzzi is an undeniable plus. We had an enchanted break and I thank Graeme and Maccine for being so attentive to our needs. Happy hosting ☺️

We had a lovely week in Sheila's property in a big famliy / friends group of 13, of different ages. There was enough space in the larger of the two properties and would definitely come again, maybe also booking the smaller one to have even more room for the ever growing teenagers! The pool and table tennis were big hits with everyone and the pool was very well maintained. You'd need a car but it was an easy drive to lots of lovely places. Sheila and Julian were nearby to answer any questions but gave us privacy to enjoy our holiday. Lovely welcome basket too. Thanks again!

Thank you to the poet and especially very big thanks to Véro for offering us this place of absolute tranquility. The little house in the heart of the city is ingeniously large. The ceiling height of 4 meters from the lounge area plunges to the window wall of the kitchen area, which is actually well appointed. The kitchen windows, as well as those in the adjoining bedroom. open to the beautiful garden fully enclosed and unobstructed. Great clarity of the real life room happily punctuated by family photos and a beautiful selection of objects bearing travel memories. We're good here, we're fine there. This place is nice, quiet and well located between Normandy and Brittany. Very beautiful places to visit and various activities to do nearby. I would recommend this place and Nadia and Fabrice are very welcoming and available for any questions. ✨🎉♥️😎

We were charmed by this little cabin by the water. Small but very well thought out and very well decorated. Very quiet. We loved taking long walks along the Mayenne.

Have a great stay at Isabelle's. The gite matched the listing. Isabelle was very flexible to welcome us for our weekend of competition by preparing the cottage for us in advance in order to put the things down. The pets are very nice too! Great location!
