Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Passaic County

We had wonderful time at Terry’s place. Everything was as described, the house is very clean and the views of the lake is beautiful.

Kimberly was very responsive and shared helpful info about the house and helping us to know what we needed to pack or was provided! House is even nicer, more spacious living/sleeping space than listing/photos!

Truly a home away from home. Kory’s place is beautiful, warm & inviting as is he. I highly recommend his squeaky clean home. He has gone out of his way to make it extremely comfortable for his guest.

Great Airbnb and great host. Upon walk in, the house was ready and clean. We had a warm welcome with a note and some goodies. The house had everything we needed. The rooms were clean and organized, providing a towel for each person. The bathrooms were fully stocked and clean as well. The kitchen had all the essentials for cooking, feeding and cleaning up after 10 people. For entertainment - the game room, TV w/ great sound, jacuzzi, lake and sunroom with the projector came in handy! The sunroom projector area also had a TON of games! This Airbnb had everything we needed to entertain 10 people during the weekend. I truly have not experienced an Airbnb simple but unique like this. I plan on coming back this summer to utilize the lake gear, porch stuff and hopefully bring the kids to use the indoor and outdoor play area! Thank you Lisa for your kindness and hospitality!

My Family & I had a wonderful weekend in this home!! This house is beautiful with an amazing view, waking up on my bday in the morning to the view was memorable. The house had everything you can think of… games, the game room with pool table, hot tub, comfy beds, & an equipped kitchen with all that’s needed to make any type of meal delicious in which we did and used all and everything came out fantastic. Lisa was very nice & great in accommodating our needs & responsive quickly anytime we had a question. My family & I really enjoyed our stay and would definitely love to rent this home again. I can only imagine the views at this home in the Spring/Summer time, & it even has an in-ground pool which was obviously closed because it’s Winter but that must also be very beautiful overlooking that view. Thank you Lisa & Justin for making our stay GREAT!!

This was a part of New York that we had never visited before and this house was perfectly situated both in the town and a fine property in the woods. Very serene especially with the snow.

Israel’s house and property were wonderful and were exactly what we were looking for. Secluded, far from neighbors, located in the mountains, bbq grill, fire pit, outdoor Jacuzzi, etc… We would love to return and stay here over the summer or next winter. Isreal is a great host and is very attentive. He replies quickly and checks in to make sure the stay is everything we want. Highly recommended.

I would stay at Alluvions place time and time again! It was nestled in such a private area but still felt close to everything we needed. The home was BEAUTIFUL, perfect for large families for the holidays. It was depicted exactly as shown, very spacious and stocked with everything a family could need (including a playroom)! Even though we spent 5 days there as a family, it didn't feel like enough as no one wanted to leave. Once you unpack, you just feel at home.

Loved the hot tub, and mix of old school features & modern appliances. House was perfect for a group getaway. Definitely recommend

We had a fantastic stay at Charlie’s cabin in Mount Vernon! The cabin was cozy, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The location was perfect for peace and quiet, and the thoughtful touches throughout the space made it feel like home. Charlie was a great host and made sure we had everything we needed. We highly recommend this cabin for anyone looking for a peaceful retreat – we definitely hope to return in the future!

Wonderful cabin with a beautiful view of the river. The back deck was wonderful to have, even in January. Very private. Everything was very clean and thoughtful things like coffee and toiletries were provided. The town was lovely and had several very good restaurants (Tom Quick Inn and the diner especially). We had a lovely time here.

I recently stayed here with my family which included everything from adults in their 50’s down to 5 month old infants (who took their very first swim in the indoor pool). The house is a true log cabin with incredible detail, a great wood burning fireplace, and plenty of space for everything and everyone. Thy woman loved the fully stocked kitchen and the men played pool downstairs on the full size pool table which had an additional fridge close by for a cold beer while playing. We didn’t have any issues, but whenever I had a question Sean and Malia responded in no time at all. We didn’t leave the house much as we just enjoyed the house so much, but we did go to a local brewpub for some good food and beer. I’ve stayed at a fair amount of cabin rentals and this one ranks among the best! I can’t wait to book again next year!!

Pictures do not do this place justice, comfortable beds and couch’s, clean kitchen and bathrooms, way more space than it appeared in the pictures. Hot tub was amazing on a few cold nights. We spent most of our time in the living room by the fire and making food in the kitchen. Marie’s home was more than we could have wished for, and the location was perfect, in nature but just a few mins away from town. By far the most comforting and relaxing stay we’ve had yet.

Brian's spot is the perfect place to stay if you're looking for a cabin based getaway for a few days. The cabin itself was very cozy upon arrival, especially once you have a nice fire going to get some heat circulating.The top floor stays super warm so sleeping and book reading in the nook is a pleasure. I love everything about waking to a cold house and starting a fire for heat but I understand it isn't for everybody. Be prepared; if you come here in the winter, its a necessity. The hot tub was perfect for the cold snowy nights, truly felt like heaven. The cabin was very clean and free from unwanted visitors. A 4 wheel drive vehicle is highly recommend if you are a winter traveler. Upon arrival you will have to enter a very narrow, steep down hill entrance to a small stone bridge. During our stay there was an ice storm so it was very difficult to leave the property without shovels and salt. The scenery is beautiful just be prepared for inclimate weather. 10am checkout means 10am

Cozy stay, incredible value for what we paid! If you’re looking for a private, relaxing getaway this is certainly a perfect spot. Not only did we love the space inside but the outdoors was just as inviting. The grounds being private made it far more inviting to explore the surrounding area and take advantage of the quiet space. The house was everything we hoped for and more, it was clean, organized, and offered several surprising amenities that we certainly loved! We didn’t have to guess where everything was and weren’t overwhelmed with the check-in or check-out procedures. Both procedures were simple and allowed us to make great time. The hot tub and fire-pit put back were perfect for the cold winter weather as well as the fireplace indoors for a cozier night in. Brian was the perfect communicator and checked in appropriately. Will definitely be back!
