Location in the center of KB city, easy to walk around & close to viral kopitiam. kids love having a swimming pool.. clean house & lots of amenities in the house. happy to contact & really helpful. Tq for the hospitality sir :)

I had a pleasant stay over at Morak Villa. It feels like a 5 star hotel! There is delicious breakfast and the helpers is very friendly! For touring bikes there is no concern of your vehicle safety as the host place it within the villa premises.

My family was very satisfied with the amenities provided. Beautiful compound, clean and tidy. You can rent ATV with owner to enjoy Pantai Melawi with family. Walking distance to the beach but unfortunately the beach is not manage properly by the local authority. We will definitely repeat our stay to this beautiful house! Thank you for the great hospitality.

Confortable stay but as it located in Kelantan the water pressure was not that good. But the water is clean, no smell, tasteless as well. Easy to find eventho to have to drive few hundred meter from main road. Ample space of parking. Nicely decorated house. We really love our stay here.

Great place to stay with your family. There’s 3 bathroom, all with heaters which is nice. Great location too.

The property was well taken care of. Very clean and well looked after. Requested for 12 towels and we had them when we arrived. Love the property - only thing is there is no hot water heater for shower. Amazing host and will definitely stay here again next time

The home is beautiful and spacious, making us feel right at home. Alhamdulillah, the surroundings are peaceful and calming, located near lush paddy fields. Everything is well-equipped and complete, with plenty of extra pillows and bedding (toto) for added comfort.
