Simply excellent stay, a place with a great location with everything close by (restaurants/bars, hospitals, police station, supermarket and pharmacies). I loved the place and would definitely stay again, Liliana super helpful and very friendly, helped with several local tips.

Privileged place, perfect apartment! With a beautiful view of the beach of Ponta Negra and Morro do Careca. Close to excellent restaurants. It was an amazing experience that exceeded all expectations!

Everything was spotless!

we found everything as it was announced. We were greeted by Rodrigo. friendly, helpful and gave us some good tips. the transfe was done by him. The town hall's price is better than the taxi, even with a complicated time (dawn) we were promptly met.

CLEAN PLACE, WELL LOCATED (grocery stores and various food options nearby), Nice porters. Only the issue of parking spaces in the garage is bad, as they are few and I had to leave my car outside during the entire trip. However, we did not have any unforeseen circumstances. But you never know, I was lucky that nothing happened. Otherwise, the apartment left nothing to be desired.

Great location, excellent cost-benefit. The apartment is very comfortable. The fridge wasn't too cold, but the freezer solved it.

Unfortunately I made the reservation on the wrong date and despite the host's goodwill didn't work and I didn't stay in the house!

Great cost/benefit. Close to beaches, market, pharmacy, bakery, shopping... We had everything we needed around. Gustavo of clear, fast and efficient communication. The apartment very well equipped. I would stay again in this flat for sure!

The space is well divided, comfortable, wide and super well located, with a beautiful view of the balcony, and in front of the entrance of the downtown beach. To get to Baia dos Dolinhos Avenue, a steep slope must be climbed. The flat has 24h concierge and rotating garage, in which the key must be delivered to the reception desk. The breakfast is paid separately, in the amount of 30 reais (in October 2024), very varied and with many options. The bed is comfortable, the kitchen equipped with a minibar, capsule coffee maker and boiler. The shower is wonderful!!! I would definitely stay here again.

Ideal apartment for those who want to make the center of Pipa on foot. Mega differential have an on-site parking, but prepare to be approached by 300 people until you get there, don't stop. The location on the map takes you to the street next door, needing to return for 15 minutes by car because it is opposite, this needs to be corrected. The resort is very beach and nothing luxury, it has everything you need to relax and the opportunity to have coffee (30 reais) there right next to the terrace pool. Gostei a lot :) Elara is an excellent host, it treated us well and helped us find some tours, it has several contacts and is super responsive. It would return for sure

Wonderful apartment, comfortable, clean, sleeps 4 people peacefully. Part of the kitchen has everything. You can have breakfast, lunch and dinner. It has a convenience inside the condominium where you can make the necessary purchases. Wonderful laser area with 4 heated pools. Restaurant in the laser area until 10pm. Brinquedoteca, game room, salon, spa room. Priscila Anfritian wonderful, gave us full attention. Extremely safe condominium.

It was an experience in Pipa, great. A great location to leave the car, and conduct experiences walking through several cool places near the center.

Cláudia's apartment is perfect, very clean, the condominium has the entire resort structure and is beautiful! We enjoy until the night in the pools. Cláudia is very attentive in every detail. We arrived at dawn and she was attentive in everything on our arrival, the Check-in was impeccable! We only have to thank and we wish to come back more often, we love very much!!!

The stay was excellent. Since the beginning, Ivone has been very attentive, including being quite flexible in relation to check-in. In addition, it gave us precious tips on cool places around the accommodation. With regard to the lodging itself, this is a hotel room. There is the bedroom with a double bed and also a bathroom. Also, there is a minibar. It's exactly as it is on the listing. Lastly, the hotel is very well located. It is close to Ponta Negra beach. The view from the bedroom is spectacular. The hotel is on an avenue with markets, pharmacies, bakeries, great restaurants, food park and artisanal fairs. I even travelled to all these places on foot. There is a lot of policing in the region, which seemed to me safe for tourists. I had no problems!

Enough space for 2 guests, everything was very clean, easy access, great location. I recommend

Apartment even better than in the pictures! The stay was great, Diógenes responds super fast, very helpful and concerned with offering a great experience for us. Very well decorated and beautiful apartment. Neide's impeccable cleaning, great sheets and towels. It has only one stove mouth, but it is induction and super fast (including if you are using it for the first time I recommend going at low temperatures). New and very good kitchen utensils. I highly recommend you stay!
