close to public transport and our short stay was exactly what we were looking for. amenities such as the pool and spa were magnificent. only disappointing part was there was no parking but we worked around that.

Wonderful Stay – Highly Recommend! We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Johnny and Chloe’s apartment! From the start, they were incredibly accommodating and responsive, making the whole experience smooth and stress-free. The apartment itself was spotless, beautifully set up, and had everything we needed – truly well thought out and well equipped. It was comfortable, cozy, and felt like a home away from home. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area! Thank you, Johnny and Chloe, for being such wonderful hosts!

Location is great. Room is great, with top brand appliances to boot. But the outstanding part of this listing is the HOST. Joanna was very responsive and helpful.

This place is as what Dr Fred published and more. The apartment itself is literally situated on the doorstep to the NGV! It is in a prime location to all the local Melbourne attractions and with the Supermarket nearby made everything super convenient. The apartment had everything we needed plus extra items for a toddler i.e high chair and games for kids which was very handy for us. For the price, just can’t beat it!

Whilst I never met the host I absolutely did not need to. All instructions were clear and easy to follow, no issues with the property or the description and the only issue we had was quickly corrected over text due to the fact they always replied quickly to text. Property itself was clean, tidy and had all of the equipment you would need. Location was spot on. Would absolutely book again!

Place was cozy and really nice. Location was the best, we walked outside and the tram station is right there with trams leaving every 5 min to the city. There is a woolies nearby which is good for supplies. Would recommend for couples or people going solo.

We stay in different spots when visiting Melbourne and this place is on Spencer St, nearly opposite Southern Cross Station. Great access for trains and trams, good cafes , restaurants and shopping nearby. The apartment was well laid out and the aircon worked well.

The apartment was fantastic, just what I needed for attending a conference at the Melbourne convention centre. Super easy to get around the city and to and from the airport as well as the apartment was right in front of a Tram stop. Great hosts, so helpful, with lots of great local info.

If I had to use one word to describe our stay it would be generous: Thank you so much for allowing us to use your lovely house as our base: It's gorgeous, roomy and homely. It's also well placed for getting around Melbourne. Griselda is also the most generous and responsive of hosts with lots of supplies for us when we arrived that were most were most welcome. The house is also very generous with all the space and things that make it feel like home. The house is much bigger than it appears on the photographs and has lots of different living areas internally and externally. We couldn't have been happier during our time here. It really was a home away from home for the weeks we have stayed. Thanks again and lovely to have visited:-))

This is our second stay but our first in summer. The balcony was great for breakfast with birds in the trees behind. The air con was great in each room and every guest had room for privacy and comfort. My youngest son used the weights room often and noticed a broken weight had been fixed. The second floor kitchen was used extensively and well equipped. We would highly recommend.

Will definitely rebook when I come back to visit family. Very comfortable family home. It was home away from home. Thanks guys 🥰

We enjoyed our stay with all amenities provided. House was clean, fresh & spotless. Location is well serviced by light rail # 109, bus route, restaurants & cafes and local pubs. Port Phillip Bay is walking distance from the house. Emily the host is a local identity and is well liked by the neighbours. Communication from the host was excellent & efficient; she was fantastic. Emily has an enhanced sense of customer service. The house is compact and has character and was recently renovated to a high standard. Definitely would stay again and recommend to other guests.

My family enjoyed staying at Tanja's house. We were there for 2 1/2 week stay and the house had everything we needed. The beds were super comfortable, the linens were very soft and the towels were plush. The area is very quiet and there is plenty of parking. The tram stop is a 7 minute walk and the train 11 minute walk. The house has nice rooms to gather in and relax. We had many meals in the big dining room and loved the window into the back. The washer and dryer were a huge plus. The kitchen is fully set up with everything you need. The owner responses quickly to any questions and is very friendly. We loved staying in this house and would stay again.

Extremely well maintained space, lovely and proactive host, very responsive on the chat. Fresh linen and towels were provided. The place has 3 bedroom, with beds in 2 of the bed rooms. Has an outdoor dining table, and 2 indoor tables. The longe room has air con and heater. The couch is one the most comfortable ones ever. Plenty of plants in the backyard that are well maintained. 1.8km drive to the Sanctuary lakes mall. Will find everything there. The reason to choose this place was for its quick access to the freeway and the best value for money places on offer in the surroundings. Washer , dryer, free Wi-Fi, microwave, dishwasher, adequate cooking utensils and dinner ware, It was nice to have been provided with basic seasonings, and olive oil in the pantry for some basic cooking. Will definitely return for our future Melbourne visits.

Stjohn provided an amazing home for my group and I to be able to stay in for a week. Any question that I had about the property or the area was answered with speed. Stjohn was a lovely host and his property was a great place for us to stay in for the week. Stjohn went above and beyond to ensure that his guests were comfortable and has access to anything that they required. I would definitely recommend staying in his lovely home, and we will definitely be looking at staying there again in the future.
