The space was accurately described. Very functional and well maintained. The Host was very accommodating and was easy to communicate with. The views of London Bridge and the area are fantastic and you would be hard pressed to find a better location. Next time we are in the area we will check to see if this space is available and would take it again in a heartbeat.

Debbie’s place was perfect for our weekend out at Lake Havasu. It was well taken care of and absolutely beautiful. Outside entertainment area was perfect for enjoying the beautiful weather with friends and family. Kitchen came stocked with everything you could need as far as spices, utensils, and cookware. Highly recommend for a weekend getaway or long vacation.

We had the wonderful joy of being able to stay for Sept and Oct. Pool and hot tub were enjoyable with the 100 degree temps we were experiencing. Great home to with lots of room

Erika’s place was extremely clean and had everything a guest would need as well as many extras including beach towels and games . It was also extremely quiet. I never heard any noise from neighbors and slept wonderfully. The bed and the couch were very comfortable and the bathroom was squeaky clean. The location was amazing! It was walking distance from Rotary Park, several restaurants and the London Bridge. There was parking and an elevator which was greatly appreciated. The condo complex also has a pool and hot tub. Erika was the kindest and most accommodating Airbnb host I’ve come across. I highly recommend her place for your visit to Lake Havasu City!

This house was clean and modern. Had all the necessary pots and pans needed and utensils. Needed spices and oils but not a deal breaker. The spa was nice when you have heated and the back yard is spacious and clean to hang out in. The only bit of down side was the pool was foggy on arrival due to a chemical or something but cleared up on the 2nd day and luckily I had a pool guy with us. And advised of such. Over all we had a great time in a nice clean comfortable place. Will look to book again.

The hot tub and pool were a hit for our family! We enjoyed the wonderful view for outdoor cookouts and the split floorplan and large kitchen were very nice. The neighborhood is quiet and we enjoyed the nearby access to the desert for offroading. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to visit again!

We had a wonderful visit at Kory’s Lake Havasu home. The views are exceptional. The property is fully fenced so we could relax with our pups. Super clean and relaxing home. Beautiful pool. Kitchen has everything you need if you like to cook in like we do. Exceptional host. We travel to various parts of country 3 to 4 times of year using Airbnb. Kory and his home is certainly a favorite. We will be back!

Cherri's place was better than expected and felt like home for the weekend. We will definitely stay here again when visiting Lake Havasu!

Great stay in a quiet area within minutes of restaurants, downtown, and parks.

I stay at AirBnbs monthly for work and this is a new favorite. I feel like I stumbled upon Havasu’s hidden gem, though based on the many 5-star reviews I think the secret is out! I loved everything about this place - the location is perfect. The home is located in a little cul-de-sac space of cute homes with a very open feel with plenty of driveway and garage space right up to the door which makes parking and loading/unloading a breeze. Everything - from the central AC/heat to the ice maker (an essential!) to the smart tv automated to sign out on day of check-out-all worked flawlessly. It’s these thoughtful amenities that put this home on a new level. I didn’t want to leave and extended my stay. Kathy was so kind and goes the extra mile to reach out so you don’t miss the only-in-Havasu festivities (parade made my Christmas!). Thank you so much and see you next time!

Staying at Steven's place was great. Exactly as described. It's nearly impossible to find a boat slip on memorial day weekend, but the resort had several available. We had a great stay!

Great stay as usual. We have been coming here for several years now and it’s always a pleasure. Mike is a great guy and very easy to work with. Great place, can’t go wrong for a clean, quiet place at the river.

My family enjoyed our stay at Jennifer's house! It was exactly what we needed with our big family and it accommodated all of us and never felt like we were in each others space during our annual family vacation! Would definitely recommend this house to everyone! We will be back soon! Thank you Jennifer for everything!

Jean was great. Communication was easy. One thing to be aware of if you plan on bringing young kids, all the kids beds are away from the main house in the casita. House was a 5 minute drive from downtown and roughly a 10-15 from havasu marina. House was overall great, we would rent again.

Frank and his wife have a beautiful home. He was very helpful and a great communicator. Would love to come back and stay at their home. Thank you for having us.

Jennifer was fabulous! She recommended several local places to visit, and the check-in was super easy. Everything was very clean and I looooved having that Keurig cup coffee maker and laundry (had the kids too)! The only thing was that I thought the place was right on the river. It's my fault for not Google Mapping, but it's a bit further back that I had imagined. Still, we had a great time! Unfortunately, we had to leave very early in the morning the day of checkout (6:30am) to make our flight, so we accidentally left things in the fridge that I meant to throw out (I think!) or maybe I did? It was a frantic morning :) and we ended up being delayed for 8 HOURS that day (lol) and more when we got back in to Honolulu. We should've stayed in Arizona! haha

Definitely family friendly and spacious for the kids. The pool was a huge hit for the kids when we weren’t out on the river or lake. Comfortable and very accommodating for two small families. Also very close to our boat rental place. Close to grocery stores and gas stations.

Best airbnb in Havasu city. Would 100% stay there again!

We had an amazing time at Ally's place. We would return after an adventure to this wonderful oasis and relax. The pool was perfect and we felt right at home.

This house is absolutely amazing! We loved every part of staying here. Karen and Rich are very helpful and wonderful hosts. Their house is very well maintained and kept squeaky clean. We also got to meet the pool guy when he came by and he was a very nice guy. I will most definitely be coming back!
