Host Eduardo always very helpful, very flexible with check-in and check-out. The apartment is on a high and very quiet floor, far from the flow of people. The very well-equipped appartement with everything you need. The structure of the building is fabulous and with a lot of security. The location is another positive point, with a park, supermarkets, restaurants and bars just a few steps away. It is a great request for those who are by car or without, property of great location.

Couldn't have picked a better place. I performed surgery and this place met all my expectations and I was able to have an excellent recovery due to the entire structure offered in this beautiful apartment. All employees polite, helpful and always with a smile on their face. The building's restaurant is a plus when you can't go anywhere else, home-made food, extremely tasty. Esteban and Alice always at your disposal to remedy any questions. Firstly, highlight the speed with which the hosts respond, very clear rules and apartment as seen in the photos, the location is perfect, in addition there is a s6 and a biggie next door that open 24 hours! I fully recommend this place 🙌🏻

Everything was perfect! I met my expectations widely. The alternative is much better in my opinion than a hotel, also from a price point of view. The apartment is much more spacious than a hotel room. A 5 minutes walk away is the Delimarket, excellent supermarket. Everything was very good, also communication, highly recommended!

Sol is very attentive. Even in the middle of the morning, due to travel, I was able to check in. Apartamento was clean.

Anderson was an excellent host and his apartment met our family's needs well. The condominium where the apartment is located is secure and has many facilities such as gym, barbecue kiosks (which Anderson kindly reserved for our use during the stay), playgrounds and sports courts for children. It even has laundry and market 24h in the condominium, really catering to all the necessities. I recommend the apartment and also the host!

Ma Fernanda's apartment is super complete, very comfortable, the place is beautiful, the facilities of the complex are beautiful, there is not much noise of vehicles, horns, you can rest. And she is a loving person, very attentive and kind!! How we arrived almost in the afternoon and were tired we asked for dinner sandwich de lomito with potatoes fritas and super rich everything with Delivery service from the New Market of the complex!! I would stay there again!!

The Casa do Marcos is great, spacious, well divided, well equipped with domestic utensils. We found the house extremely clean, with towels and smelling sheets! The house is well located and the neighborhood is peaceful. We had a really nice family weekend. They can rent without fear!

Very nice place in Mariano Roque Alonso. Newer apartment, good amenities, and very nice pool and patio. Helpful and responsive hosts as well: we appreciated all their help! Would definitely consider staying here again!

Karen is a great host, always available and with quick replies. The place is great, with great features and utensils, befitting the listing and photos. The double bed and pillows are very comfortable and the air conditioning is impeccable, clean and with excellent refrigeration. Next to it is a gym where you can pay for nights, great for short stays. The neighborhood is calm and safe.

Márcia was extremely receptive to my needs and even made the check in and the minimum days of accommodation so that we could get to know the house and the condominium, because it was the only date we had! The house is great, comfortable, full kitchen and large, comfortable rooms. The condominium is a spectacle apart, it made you want to live there! Super recommend it.

quiet stay, home exactly as described, comfortable for me but especially for my parents who traveled with me. the air conditioning in the rooms were essential and the cleanliness was impeccable. Denilda was very gentile in us waiting for check in almost midnight and when I needed contacts she passed me without hesitation. we had a great experience, thank you for everything.

I made a trip to the large countryside and was surprised by Raquel's home and service. Very well described house, raquel demonstrated pro activity to address my doubts, even to be able to advance the check in in a few hours due to a situation. Me and my friends feel at home For sure if you need it again we will return home. Excellent Cost Benefit.
