Pedro was extremely kind and attentive. The house is great, pleasant, safe and has almost everything we need for the day to day. The points to improve would be to put box in the bathroom (or larger curtain) because it gives a lot of inconvenience at the time of the bath. Another problem is not having air conditioning for the hot days of the summer of Assisi. Even so I recommend and would come back for sure!

A great option to stay in the region, with a very quiet neighborhood and cleanliness of the impeccable place. The host was very attentive and helpful, leaving nothing to be desired. The only downfall maybe is the mattress that is super firm, it may seem hard to those who are used to soft mattresses, but I imagine it is a matter of taste. Despite the shared entrance and garage, we had all the necessary privacy and attention, I recommend the lodging.

Hosting was great!!! The house layout is very good! Comfortable environment and location is perfect! The amphitrões, Simone and Pedro, were impeccable and attentive. Super recommend! ❤️

Kind and considerate host, clean, organized and cozy house, with an excellent shower, the perfect size for our group of 3 people and a pet, although we used it only for sleep and for the first meal of the day. Quiet and great place to watch the night sky, which I admire a lot. I recommend the house and returning to Assis, I will certainly try to stay in it again.

We had a great stay, the house matches the images and it was clean. The owners respond quickly. The house has 4 powerful fans, which is great for the heat of Assisi. The house has external cameras, contributing to security. I recommended it!
